Claims (10)
- (1)뒷부분에 기단(16)을 갖는 탄피 케이스(12) ; (2)뇌관(14); (3) 탄피 케이스(12)의 앞부분을 폐쇄하여 탄피 케이스(12)의 전단부를 밀봉하고 뇌관(14)이 들어있는 탄피 케이스(12)안에 밀폐 공동(22)을 형성하며, 무기의 약실(102)내에 안쪽으로 형성된 턱(100)이나 경사 견부에 맞물려 걸리도록 배향된 환형 견부(76)가 전단부의 외주변에 형성된 장탄통(30), 및 (4)상기 밀폐 공동(22)으로부터 장탄통(30)을 관통함으로써, 뇌관(14)을 격발한뒤 공동(22)안에 생긴 개스가 장탄통(30)의 전단부를 통해 밖으로 나가게 하는 개스 통로 수단(44);으로 구성되고, 상기 탄피 케이스(12)의 적어도 일부분은 뇌관(14)을 격발할때 상기 장탄통(30)에 대해 후진 방향으로 미끄럼 이동하도록 상기 장탄통(30)에서 미끄러질 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 탄피(10).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장탄통(30)의 후반부(32)의 측벽(81)에는 내향 홈(48)이 제공되고, 그 홈은 장탄통의 후단부(72)까지는 이어져 있지 않으며, 상기 케이스(12)의 벽(34)에는 안쪽으로 구부러진 플랜지(24)가 제공되어 상기 내향 홈(48)과 밀봉결합되기때문에, 상기 케이스(12)가 상기 장탄통(30)에서 밀봉되게 이동할 수 있으므면서도 불리되지는 않음을 특징으로 하는 탄피.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 개스 통롱 수단(44)은 처음에는 막혀있지만, 탄피 케이스(12)가 후진할 때 개통됨을 특징으로 하는 탄피.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 장탄통(30)의 후반부(32)의 측벽(81)에 내향 홈(48)이 제공되고, 상기 장탄통(30)의 후단부(32)의 측벽(81)에 적어도 하나의 홈(64)이 제공되며, 그 홈의 종단부(84)는 장탄통(30)의 후단부로부터 상기 내향 홈(40)의 양단 중간 위치에 있도록 뻗어있고, 상기 장탄통(30)의 전단부로부터 상기 내향 홈(48)까지 관통된 통로를 제공하는 개스 통로 수단(44a)이 마련되어, 상기 장탄통(30)에 대해 상기 탄피 케이스(12)가 후진할때 상기 밀폐 공동(22)으로부터 상기 장탄통의 전단부(80)를 통해 장약 개스가 흐를 수 있게함을 특징으로 하는 탄피.
- 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 개스 통로 수단은 초기에 막혀있는 간접 개스 통로 수단(44a)과, 공동(22)으로부터 장탄통의 전단부(80)까지 장탄통(30)을 관통해 뻗는 보충 직접 개스 통로(44)로 구성되어, 간접 개스 통로 수단(44a)이 막혀있는 동안에는 상기 직접 통로(44)를 통해 장약 개스가 직접 통과할 수 있게함을 특징으로 하는 탄피.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 직접 통로(44)의 크기는 상기 간접 개스 통로 수단(44a)이 개통되는데 걸리는 시간내에 장약 개스로 인해 발사체(60)가 총구를 지날 수 있게할 정도임을 특징으로 하는 탄피.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 직접 통로(44)의 크기는 상기 간접 통로 수단(44a)이 개통되는데 걸리는 시간내에 장약 개스로 인해 발사체(60)가 통구를 향해 총열을 따라 이동할 수 있게할 정도임을 특징으로 하는 탄피.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뇌관이 장약 개스 공급원을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 탄피.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공동내에 장약 개스 물질이 들어있음을 특징으로 하는 탄피.
