Claims (30)

  1. (a)난이하게-용융-가공성 탄화수소 중합체의 주 부분; 및 (b)(1)가공성을 개선하기 위한, 적어도 효과적인 양의 탄성 플루오로카본 공중합체 및 (2)가공성을 개선하기 위한, 적어도 효과적인 양의 결정성 비닐리덴 불화물 중합체의 부 부분으로 구성되고 개선된 가공성을 갖는 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(a)가 R이 H 또는 알킬인 일반식 RCH=CH2의 하나이상의 모노올레핀의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 알킬이 C1-8알킬인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(a)가 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(a)가 저 밀도 폴리에틸렌인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(a)가 선형 저 밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체(a)가 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 비-공역 디엔의 중합체 반복단위로 구성된 공중합체인 조성물.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (b)(1)의 양이 (a)의 중량을 기준으로, 단지 0.5중량%인 조성물.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (b)(1)의 양이 (a)의 중량을 기준으로, 0.002-0.08중량%인 조성물.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (b)(2)의 양이 (a)의 중량을 기준으로, 0.002-0.08중량%인 조성물.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(b)(1)에 있어서, 불소 대다수의 몰비가 적어도 1:1.5인 조성물.
  12. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(b)(1)이 비닐리덴불화물, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 퍼플루오로알킬 퍼플루오로비닐에테르로 부터 선택된 단량체의 플루오로카본 공중합체인 조성물.
  13. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(b)(1)이 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 1-히드로펜타 플루오로프로필렌 및 2-히드로펜타플루오로프로필렌으로 부터 선택된 단량체 및 비닐리덴 불화물의 공중합체인 조성물.
  14. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(b)(1)이 비닐리덴불화물, 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 및 헥사플루오로 프로필렌 또는 1-또는 2-히드로펜타플루오로프로필렌의 삼원공중합체인 조성물.
  15. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(b)(1)이 테트라플루오로 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 및 임의로 비닐리덴불화물의 공중합체인 조성물.
  16. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(b)(1)대 성분(b)(2)의 중량비가 10:90 내지 90:10 범위내인 조성물.
  17. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(b)(1)대 성분(b)(2)의 중량비가 20:80 내지 80:20 범위내인 조성물.
  18. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (b)(2)가 비닐리덴 불화물 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체인 조성물.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, (a)가 선형 저 밀도 폴리에틸렌 중합체이고, (b)(1)이 적어도 10,000의 분자량을 갖고 45-90:5-15:0-35의 몰비로 비닐리덴 불화물, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌의 공중합된 단위로 구성되고, (b)(2)가 비닐리덴 불화물의 단독 중합체이며, (b)(1):(b)(2)의 중량비가 10:90 내지 90:10인 조성물.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, (a)가 선형 저 밀도 폴리에틸렌 중합체이고, (b)(1)이 적어도 10,000의 분자량을 갖고 45-90:5-50:0-35의 몰비로 비닐리덴 불화물, 헥사플루오로프로필렌 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌의 공중합된 단위로 구성되고, (b)(2)가 비닐리덴 불화물 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 결정성 공중합체이며, (b)(1):(b)(2)의 중량비가 10:90 내지 90:10인 조성물.
  21. (a)10-90 중량부의 탄성 플루오로카본 공중합체 및 (b)90-10 중량부의 결정성 비닐리덴 불화물 중합체로 구성된 가공조제의, 총 100부로 가공성을 개선하기 위해, 효과적인 양을 그안에 혼합한 난이하게 용융-가공성 탄화수소 중합체를 용융압출시키는 것으로 구성되는 압출법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 난이-용융-가공성 중합체가 R이 H 또는 알킬인 일반식 RCH-CH2의 하나이상의 모노올레핀의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인 방법.
  23. 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 성분(a)에 있어서 불소 대 수소의 몰비가 적어도 1:1.5인 방법.
  24. 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 비닐리덴 불화물, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로 에틸렌 및 퍼플루오로알킬 퍼플루오로비닐 에테르로 부터 선택된 단량체의 플루오로카본 공중합체인 방법.
  25. 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 헥사 플루오로프로필렌, 클로로트리플루오로 에틸렌, 1-히드로펜타 플루오로프로필렌 및 2-히드로펜타플루오로프로필렌으로 부터 선택된 단량체 및 비닐리덴 불화물의 공중합체인 방법.
  26. 제21항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 비닐리덴 불화물, 테트라프루오로 에틸렌, 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌 또는 1-또는 2-히드로펜타플루오로프로필렌의 삼원공중합체인 방법.
  27. 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 테트라 플루오로 에틸렌 및 프로필렌, 및 임의로 비닐리덴 불화물의 공중합체인 방법.
  28. 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, (b)가 비닐리덴 불화물 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체인 조성물.
  29. 제21항에 있어서, 난이-용융 가공성 중합체가 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중합체이고, (a)가 적어도 10,000의 분자량을 갖고, 45-90:5-50:0-35의 몰비로 비닐리덴 불화물, 헥사플루오로 프로필렌 및 테트라플루오로 에틸렌의 공중합된 단위로 구성되고, (b)가 비닐리덴 불화물의 단독 중합체이며, (a):(b)의 중합비가 10:90 내지 90:10인 방법.
  30. 제21항에 있어서, 난이-용융 가공성 중합체가 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중합체이고, (a)가 적어도 10,000의 분자량을 갖고, 45-90:5-50:0-35의 몰비로 비닐리덴 불화물, 헥사플루 오로프로필렌 및 테트라플루오로 에틸렌의 공중합된 단위로 구성되고, (b)가 비닐리덴 불화물 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 결정성 공중합체이며, (a):(b)의 중합비가 10:90 내지 90:10인 방법.
