Claims (7)
- 입자를 방출하는 방사성 핵종, 킬레이트제 및 종양특이성 항체를 함유하며, 상기 방사성 핵종은 225악티늄동위원소 또는 그것의 딸원자중 하나이고, 상기 항체는 천천히 국소분포하는 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 면역 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, IgM-항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 면역 복합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 항체는 인체-또는 인체화된 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사성 면역 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 항체는 모노클론 항체 16.88인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 면역 복합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 항체는 모노클론 항체 28A32인 것을 특징으로 하는 방사선 면역 복합체.
- 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 의한 방사선 면역 복합체를 함유하는 약학조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 일종 이상의 스카벤징제(scavenging agents)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
