Claims (12)
- 50 내지 100중량%의 HCFC-123 및 50 내지 0중량% HCFC-141b로 구성되는 발포제 1.0-30pph, 성핵제 0-3.0pph, 아민 0.01-0.20pph 및 유기주석 촉매 0.01-0.20pph, 계면활성제 0.1-2.0pph, 연쇄연장제 5-50pph 및 폴리에테르 폴리올 100pph을 혼합시켜 폴리올 혼합물을 형성하고, ISO 치수+0.95 내지 1.10을 갖는 이소시아네이트와 상기 폴리올 혼합물을 블렌딩시키고 1 내지 9분의 성형 시간동안 10 내지 90℃의 온도의 주형에서 0-70℃ 온도로 상기 블렌드를 반응시켜 폴리우레탄 인티그랄 스킨 포움을 형성함으로 구성되는, 낮은 오존 감손 효능을 지닌 폴리우레탄 인티그랄 스킨 포움 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연쇄연장제가 일반식 HO-R-OH를(이때 R=C2-C4임)갖는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연쇄연장제가 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 1,4-부틸렌 글리콜, 또는 디에틸렌 글리콜일 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제는 실리콘 글리콜인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민 촉매가 디메틸에탄올 아민, 트리에틸렌 아민, 또는 트리에틸렌 디아민인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기주석 촉매는 디부틸 주석 디라우레이트 또는 옥토산 제일주석인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성핵제는 입자크기 ≤30mμ의 SiO2분말인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트는 디이소시아네이트 디페닐 메탄으로 구성되는 액체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주형 온도는 40-60℃의 범위내인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물질 온도는 20-50℃의 범위내인 방법.
