Claims (10)
- 제거 생성물의 제제없이 고체 중합체를 형성하는 중합가능한 유기 액체와 유기 액체내의 메틸 메타크릴레이트가 유기 액체의 최소 15중량%, 최소 30마이크론 직경을 갖는 미립자 형태인 이들의 최소 1부피%를 함유하는 것으로 이루어진, 단 이들 입자의 최대 입자크기가 150마이크론일때 20 내지 70부피% 농도로 존재하여 입자가 150마이크론 이하로 존재할때 최소 1% 농도로 존재하지만 바람직하게 30 부피 37 및 최소 100m2/g의 입자표면면적을 갖는 변형된 친유기성의 표면 변형된 점토의 전체 조성물 중량 0.05 내지 5.0%를 초과하지 않는 것을 함유하는 액체, 많이 충진된, 경화 가능한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 변형된 점토 중량 0.1 내지 2.0%를 함유하는 액체, 많이 충진된, 경화 가능한 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 점토가 400m2/g 이하의 표면면적을 갖는 액체, 많이 충진된, 경화 가능한 조성물.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메틸 메타크릴레이트가 유기액체의 많은 부분을 함유하는 액체, 많이 충진된, 경화 가능한 조성물.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 액체가 상기 조성물을 경화시킨 후 가교결합하거나 많이 분지화된 최종 매트릭스 중합체를 만드는 성분을 함유하는 액체, 많이 충진된, 경화 가능한 조성물.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (a) 중합가능한 액체에 의해 용해되고 또는 상기 조성물을 경화시키는 과정을 거쳐 만들어지는 올리고머 또는 중합체 생성물에 용해되거나 되는 최소 500분자량의 최소한 한개 사슬같은 성분 및 (b) 무기 충진제의 입자를 정착시키고 이와 결합할 수 있는 하나이상의 그룹을 함유하는 중합체 분산제를 함유하는 액체인 경화가능한 조성물.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Spindle No. 3, 30 rpm을 사용한 Brookfied 점도계에 대해 측정한 5 내지 250poise의 고유점도를 갖는 액체인 경화가능한 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, thixotropy 지수가 최소 1.1 액체인 경화가능한 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, thixotropy 지수가 최소 2인 액체인 경화가능한 조성물.
- 전기한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충진제 입자가 성형된 제품의 두께에 걸쳐 균일하게 분산된 경화가능한 조성물로부터 제조된 성형제품.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
