Claims (7)
- 제1부재(1)를 제2부재(2)의 소기의 위치에 보유시키는 고정장치로서, 제1부재에 고정되며, 측면의 적어도 일부에 돌출한 탄성훅크수단(7,20)을 가진 본체(5,19)가 연속 이어진 비교적 단단한 기부(4,25)를 가진 고정부재(3,18)와, 제2부재에 형성되며, 내측벽(9,24')이 레벌류션 형상이고 본체(5,19)와 훅크수단(7,20)을 마찰력으로 수용하는 시트부(8,23)로 이루어지는 고정장치에 있어서, 고정부재(3,18)와 시트부(8,23)는, 이들 양자간의 회전운동에 의해 훅크수단(7,20)을 시트부(8,23)의 내측벽(9,24')에서 분리시킬 수 있는 상호해제 수단(13,22,24)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고정부재(3)의 본체는 대략 원통체 형상이며, 훅크수단은, 원통제의 축선을 횡단하는 방향으로 돌출하고 축선방향으로 일정한 탄력성을 갖는 종방향의 적어도 1줄의 리브(7)를 포함하며, 시트부(8)의 직경은 리브(7)가 연속이어지는 본체(5)의 축선방향 부분의 직경 보다 작으며, 상호 해체 수단은, 시트부(8)의 내측벽(9)에 형성되고 회전한 후에 리브(7)를 수용하는 적어도 하나의 요홈부(13)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 훅크수단은 2줄의 직경상으로 대향하는 리브(7)를 포함하며, 시트부(8)도 리브(7)의 형상과 상보적인 형상의 2개의 요홈부(13)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
- 제1내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정부재(3)의 기부(4)는 고정부재(3)의 회전을 허용할 수 있도록 적어도 하나의 파지 평탄면(14,15,16,17)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1부재(1)가 부착하우징이고 제2부재(2)가 수직벽임을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고정부재(18)의 본체(19)는 대략 원통배럴 형상이며, 훅크수단은 윗부분(21)이 본체의 자유단쪽으로 구부러진 대략 절두원추형상의 다수의 작은 환형칼라부(20)에 의해 형성되며, 상호해제수단은 각각의 칼라부(20)상에는 그 주변가장자리상에 형성된 평탄부(22)를 가지며, 시트부(23)에는 그 내측벽 (24')에 형성된 종방향의 평탄부(24)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.
- 제1내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정부재(3,18)의 기부(5,25)는 훅크수단이 형성된 본체(5,19)의 반대편에 고정수단(27)이 형성된 다른 본체(26)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 고정장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
