Claims (8)
- 황 및/또는 황화물을 0.05 내지 15.0mol% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유리 원료(glass frit).
- 제1항에 있어서, 황화아연을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유리 원료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화아연을 바람직하게는 15 내지 70중량%의 양으로, 가장 바람직하게는 30 내지 65중량%의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유리 원료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이산화규소를 15 내지 40중량%의 양으로, 삼산화붕소를 5 내지 25중량%의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유리 원료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 착색 금속 산화물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유리 원료.
- 산화물 및/또는 비-산화물(불소화물, 탄산염)의 혼합물을 1000내지 1300℃의 온도에서 용융시킨 다음, 급냉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 0.05 내지 15mol%의 황, 황화아연 또는 기타 황화물을 함유하는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구한 유리 원료를 제조하는 방법.
- 에나멜 차단층을 포함하는 하나 이상의 에나멜층과 유리 시이트의 조합물을 연소시키는 동안 은이 은 저항층으로부터 유리로 표면이동되는 것을 막기 위해 에나멜 차단층을 형성하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 청구한 유리 원료의 용도.
- 에나멜 차단층을 포함하는 하나 이상의 에나멜층, 및 마지막 에나멜층 위에 존재하는 은 저항층과 유리시이트의 조합물을 연소시키는 동안 은의 표면 이동을 막기 위해, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 유리원료로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 유리 원료를 유리질 화합물로서 함유하는 착색되거나 무색의 에나멜 차단층.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
