Claims (8)
- 케이징내에, 2개의 전기접속단자(26), (27)사이에 적어도 하나의 극전류통로가 설정되어, 고정접촉자(21)와 협동하는 적어도 하나의 가동접촉지지판(18), (19)이 설치되어 있고, 각각의 극통로에 대해, 한쪽선단에서 고정접촉자에 전기접속되어 있으며, 과부하전류에 응하여 접촉자의 개방을 지시하는 바이메탈스트립(55)을 편평한 도전성지지판(59)위에 수직으로 설치한 열트립핑장치(28)와, 제어코일(91)이 튜브(90) 둘레에 감겨져 있고, 단락전류에 응하여 가동자기코어(93)를 슬라이드시킬수 있는 절연성재료의 코일형성기(86)와, 단락전류에 응하여 접촉자를 개방시키도록 가동코어(93)에 의해 지시를 받는 레버(41)로 구성된 전자기트립핑장치(29)로 이루어진 자기열트립핑 서브시스템(30)을 구비한 장치에 있어서, 자기열서브시스템(30)은 고정접촉자(21)부근에 전방선단(73)을 지니고, 바이메탈스트립(55)을 적재하는 지지판(59)을 편평하고 고정적으로 수용한는 가늘고 긴 절연성재료베이스(72)를 포함하고, 전자기트립핑장치(29)의 레버(41)가 베이스(72)의 전방선단(73)을 넘어 바이메탈스트립(55)에 대해 측방으로 뻗고 피보트하게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호스위치 전기 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이메탈스트립의 지지판(59)과 코일형성기(86)는 상호중첩되고 결합수단을 통해 베이스 (72)에 각가 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호스위치 전기 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 바이메탈스트립(55)의 2개의 보다큰 표면(55a), (55b)은 지지판(59)의 세로방향에 평행한 평면에 놓여 있으며, 레버(41)는 가동접촉자 지지판에 대한 스트라이커레버인 것을 특징으로 하는 보호스위치 전기 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 스트라이커레버(41)는 바이메탈스트립(55)의 발과 실질적으로 같은 수준인 공축피보트(101),(102)와, 베이스(72)의 상면(81)근방에서 가동코어에 결합되는 부재(98)를 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호스위치 전기장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코일형성기(86)는 각각 레버(41)의 피보트를 위한 베어링(103), (104)을 지니는 2개의 평행한 전방플랜지(87), (88)와, 결합된 접속단자(27)를 수용하는 2개의 평행한 후방플랜지(109), (110)를 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호스위치 전기 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베이스(72)는 그 상면(81)에, 바이메탈스트립지지판(59)내의 구경(84)에 삽입된 고정페그(83)를 적재하여 휴식위치에서 가동코어가 상기 페그위에 놓여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호스위치 전기 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 베이스(72)는 결합된 고정접촉자(21)를 적재하는 아암(23)을 보유하기 위해 그 하면(128)과 전방선단을 향하여 각각의 부재(129),(134)를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호스위치 전기 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자기열서브시스템의 베이스(72)및/또는 코일형성기(86)의 플랜지(87), (88)에는 자기열서브시스템(30)을 케이징내에 설치하였을 경우 케이징(11)에 형성된 홈(142)내에 슬라이드하도록 가이드립(140)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호스위치 전기 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
