Claims (5)
- 임펠러 내재용 원통측벽과 상기 원통측벽에 연결되고 수직이며 상기 임펠러에 대한 입구주위에 연장된 하부벽으로 이루어진 강판으로 만든 펌프용 중간케이싱에 있어서, 상기 하부벽은 상기 임펠러의 대향측에서 그곳에 부착된 리턴 블레이드를 지지하고, 상기 하부벽은 상기 하부벽이 중간 압력차하에서 변형 가능한 정도에 상응하는 거리만큼 상기 임펠러쪽으로 원추형 또는 구형으로 방사상 내부로 돌출한 중심 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판으로 만든 펌프용 중간케이싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부벽이 상기 중간압력차하에서 변형 가능하더라도, 상기 부재를 변형하지 않기 위해 상기 하부벽은 상기 하부벽에 인접하여 제공된 부재와 접촉되거나 상기 부재와 약간 접촉되도록 상기 거리는 미리 설정된 거리인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판으로 만든 펌프용 중간케이싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 측면 플레이트가 부여하여 포함되고, 상기 리턴 블레이드는 상기 측면 플레이트 사이에 끼워지고 용접되며, 상기 플레이트 사이의 통로를 정의하고, 상기 측면 플레이트중 하나가 그의 최외부 원주부 근처의 상기 하부벽에 용접되고, 상기 하부벽의 중심영역은 상기 플레이트 중 하나에서 갭만큼 떨어진 것을 특징으로 하는 강판으로 만든 펌프용 중간 케이싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부벽은 방사상의 내부 가장자리상에 중심 플렌지를 갖고, 상기 중심 플렌지는 중간 케이싱의 내부 축의 방향으로 연장되고 라이너 링 지지용 지지부재로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판으로 만든 펌프용 중간케이싱.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통측벽과 상기 하부벽 사이에, 상기 하부벽에 연결되며, 상기 원통측벽의 내부 직경 보다 약간 작은 외부직경을 갖는 원통부가 제공되고, 상기 원통부는 스피것 죠인트의 메일 부재로 작용하고, 상기 원통측벽은 스피것 죠인트의 피메일 부재로 작용하는 개방단부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판으로 만든 펌프용 중간케이싱.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
