Claims (14)

  1. 조정가능한 래치 수축 기구를 구비한 손잡이세트에 있어서, 문에 조립하기 위한 래치위치와 플림위치사이를 이동가능한 래치볼트와, 래치볼트를 이동시키도록 래치볼트의 일부분에 부착된 이동수단과, 문의 외부에서 래치볼트의 이동을 제어하기 위해 문에 장착되는 작동기와, 작동기에 연결되고 작동기의 이동에 따라 이동가능한 랙과, 랙과 맞물리고 랙의 이동에 따라 회전가능한 피니언과, 작동기가 조작되면 랙이 이동하고 피니언과 반원스핀들이 회전하여 이동 수단과 래치볼트를 이동시키도록 한쪽단부는 피니언에 부착 가능하고 대향 단부는 이동수단에 맞물림 가능한 반원스핀들과, 피니언에 대한 스핀들의 각도를 조절하기 위해 피니언과 독립적으로 스핀들이 회전할 수 있도록 반원 스핀들을 피니언과 맞물린 상태에서 분리할 수 있게하는 리트랙팅 수단을 포함하는 손잡이세트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반원스핀들이 피니언과 맞물린 상태에서 분리될 때 피니언을 랙과 맞물린 상태로 유지시키는 유지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 피니언에 형성된 돌기와, 반원스핀들에 형성되고 돌기에 위치할 수 있는 구동노치를 포함하고, 리트랙팅수단이 스핀들을 피니언으로부터 분리시키기 위한 돌기에 대한 위치로부터의 구동노치의 상대운동을 위한 반원스핀들 장착 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 피니언에 성형되고 설정된 각도만큼 서로 변위된 한 쌍의 돌기와, 반원스핀들의 한단부에 성형된 구동노치와, 구동노치를 한쌍의 돌기중 하나로부터 분리하기 위해 피니언으로부터 스핀들을 분리할 수 있게 하는 리트랙팅 수단과, 구동노치를 한쌍의 돌기중 다른 하나와 정렬되도록 스핀들을 구동노치와 함께 재위치시키는 수단과, 구동노치를 한쌍의 돌기중 다른 하나에 위치시키기 위해 스핀들을 피니언쪽으로 가압시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 유지수단이, 문에 장착가능한 인써트와, 인써트로부터 연장되는 포스트와, 포스트에 대한 회전이 가능하도록 스핀들을 포스트에 부착시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  6. 조정가능한 래치 수축 기구를 구비한 손잡이세트에 있어서, 문에 장착할 수 있는 지지 부재와, 지지부재에 장착되어 지지부재에 대해 상대운동을 하는 랙과, 랙과 맞물려서 랙의 이동에 따라 회전가능한 피니언과, 서로 설정된 각도만큼 이격된 피니언에 형성된 적어도 두개의 구동요소와, 스핀들과, 스핀들 상에 형성되고 피니언의 두 구동요소 중 어느 하나에 선택적으로 위치가능한 적어도 하나의 구동부와, 랙과 피니언 및 축을 조립된 상태로 유지하기 위하여 지지부재에 부착되는 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 커버를 통하여 형성된 개구와, 스핀들의 구동부가 2개의 구동요소중 하나로부터 분리되고 다른 하나와 맞물리게 위치할 수 있도록 스핀들을 피니언으로 부터 멀리 이동시키기 위한, 개구를 통하여 커버로 부터 외측으로 연장되는 스핀들의 일부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 스핀들을 피니언으로 바이어스시키고 피니언으로부터의 스핀들의 바이어스 분리를 허용하는 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 외측으로 연장된 플랜지를 가지고 스핀들에 부착되는 원통형 부재와, 스핀들을 피니언쪽으로 가압하기 위해 플랜지와 커버사이에 끼워진 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 작동기와 랙 및 피니언이 제1작동기와 제1랙 및 제1피니언이며, 제1작동기가 장착된 쪽의 문의 반대쪽 측면에 장착된 제2작동기와, 제2작동기에 연결되고 제2작동기의 이동에 따라 이동가능한 제2랙과 제2랙의 이동에 따라 회전가능한 제2랙과 맞물린 제2피니언과, 제2작동기를 작동하면 제2랙이 움직이고 제2피니언과 반원 스핀들이 회전하여 이동수단과 래치볼트를 움직이도록 제2피니언에 연결되고 이동수단과 맞물림을 유지하면서 이동수단으로부터 연장되는 스핀들의 대향단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 피니언의 회전을 반원스핀들에 연결시키는 수단과, 연결수단내에 성형되는 제1피니언에 대한 스핀들 각도 조정을 받아들이기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  12. 조정가능한 래치 수축 기구를 구비한 손잡이 세트에 있어서, 문에 장착가능한 제1지지 부재와, 지지부재에 대해 직선 이동되도록 그상에 장착된 제1랙과, 제1랙과 맞물리고 제1랙의 이동에 따라 회전가능한 제1피니언과, 설정된 거리만큼 서로 이격되고 제1피니언에 형성된 적어도 두개의 구동요소와, 제1피니언의 두 구동요소중 어느 하나와 선택적으로 위치가능한 그 상에 형성된 적어도 하나의 구동부를 구비한 스핀들과, 제1랙 및 제1피니언 그리고 스핀들의 부분들을 조립 상태로 유지하기 위하여 제1지지부재에 부착되는 제1커버와, 문에 장착할 수 있는 제2지지부재와, 지지부재에 대해 선형 이동되도록 그상에 장착된 제2랙과, 제2랙과 맞물리고 제2랙의 이동에 따라 회전 가능한 제2피니언과, 제2피니언에 형성된 적어도 하나의 구동요소와, 제2피니언의 하나의 구동요소에 스핀들을 연결하는 수단과, 제2랙과 제2피니언 및 여결수단을 조립한 상태로 유지하기 위하여 제2지지부재에 부착되는 제2커버와, 스핀들의 연장부가 연장되어 연결수단과 맞물리도록 개구가 각각 형성된 제1커버와 제2커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 제1지지부재와 제1커버 사이에 내장되고 스핀들을 제1피니언과 맞물리게 가압하는 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 연결 수단이, 제2피니언의 구동요소와 맞물리는 구동부와, 스핀들의 연장부와의 조립을 위한 장착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손잡이세트.
