Claims (10)
- 다수의 개개 필라멘트 토우로 필수적으로 구성되는 1)상기 필라멘트가 적어도 약85중량%의 아크릴로니트릴과 실폰산기를 함유하는 제1아크릴로니트릴 중합체의 일성분 필라멘트, 2)적어도 85중량%의 아크릴로니트릴과 보다 적은 분량의 설폰산기를 함유하는 제2아크릴로니트릴 중합체의 일성분 필라멘트, 3)중합체 성분간에 하나의 계면을 갖는 상기 중합체 모두의 이성분 필라멘트, 및 4)중합체 성분간에 하나 이상의 계면을 갖는 이성분 필라멘트로 구성되되, 상기 토우내 상기 중합체의 전체양이 하나가 약 70 내지 약 30중량%이고 다른 것은 약 30 내지 약 70중량%이고, 상기 설폰 산기는 각각, 상기 제1중합체의 것 대 상기 제2중합체의 것 약 2.5 : 1 내지 9 : 1의 비율로 존재하고, 존재하는 필라멘트 유형의 조합물은 적어도 약 12%의 복귀성 권축수축을 갖는 섬유다발을 제공하기에 충분한, 아크릴 섬유 다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복귀성 권축수축은 적어도 약 16%인 섬유 다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복귀성 권축수축은 적어도 약 20%인 섬유다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복귀성 권축수축은 적어도 약 25%인 섬유다발.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토우내 상기 중합체의 전체양은 각각의 중합체 약 50중량%인 섬유 다발.
- 적어도 약 85중량%의 아크릴로니트릴과 설폰산기를 함유하는 두 아크릴로니트릴 중합체의 별개 방사액을 제조하되, 한 중합체의 설폰산기 대 다른것의 비는 약 2.5 : 1 내지 9 : 1 범위이고, 이들 용액을 각각 다수의 흐름역전 차단요소가 장치된 정적 혼합기의 양편을 통해, 결과생성되는 토우내 중합체 혼합물을 한 중합체 대 다른 중합체 약 70 : 30 내지 30 : 70 비율로 제공하는 유량으로 동시에 투입하여 용액들을 층형성하고, 층형성된 중합체 용액을, 사각 또는 원형 모양 및 필라멘트(Ⅰ)당 계산된 중합체 평균 계면수가 등식:(식에서 어깨글자 n은 차단요소의 수이고 K는 사각 방사구금에 대해서 1.0이고 원형 방사구금에 대해서 1.1의 상수임)에 의해 결정될 때 약 0.4 내지 2.8 되도록하는 오리피스의 수를 갖는 방사구금내로 투입하여 섬유를 형성하고, 상기 섬유를 응고욕내로 투입하여 습윤겔 필라멘트를 제공하고, 습윤겔 필라멘트를 약 6 내지 약 15의 전체 인장비로 인장시키고, 상기 인장된 필라멘트를 세척하고 건조시켜 토우를 제공하고, 적어도 약 12%의 복귀성 권축 수축을 제공하기에 충분한 열 및 습도 조건하에서 토우를 처리함으로 구성되는, 적어도 약 12%의 복귀성권축수축을 갖는 아크릴로니트릴 중합체 섬유토우를 습식방사하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 복귀성 권축수축은 적어도 약 16%인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 복귀성 권축수축은 적어도 약 20%인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 복귀성 권축수축은 적어도 약 25%인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 한 중합체 대 다른 중합체의 비율은 50 : 50인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
