- 피치아 파스토리스 산성 인산효소 5´조절영역(SEQ ID NO :2)을 포함하는 분리된 DNA 단편.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1도에 나타낸 바와 같은 제한지도(SEQ ID NO :2)를 갖는 DNA 단편.
- 제4항에 있어서, 하기의 뉴클레오티드 서열(SEQ ID NO :2)을 갖는 DNA 단편:
- 제4항, 5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 폴리펩티드를 암호하는 이종 DNA 서열에 작동가능하게 연결된 DNA 단편.

- 이종 폴리펩티드를 암호하는 DNA 서열에 작동가능하게 연결된 피치아 파스토리스로부터 유래된 산성 인산효소 5′조절영역 또는 그와 동일한 것으로 형질전환된 적당한 숙주세포를, 인산염의 농도가 발현에 영향을 미칠 배지와 접촉시킴으로 구성되는, 숙주세포로부터 폴리펩티드를 발현시키는 방법.

- 피치아 파스토리스PHO1 유전자의5′및3′측면 서열을 포함하는, 통합성 벡터를 사용하여 피치아 파스토리스 PHO1좌에서 통합을 조작하는 방법.
