Claims (2)
- 안료 10∼25%, 시멘트 10∼25%, 물 50∼80%를 혼합후 금속 또는 프라스틱 거푸집 바닥에 붓 또는 스프레이로 뿌린후 그 위에 6㎜이하의 유리조각과 시멘트 및 시멘트 사용중량의 5%이내의 무기질 안료와 물, 시멘트 비가 25%이상이 되고 슬럼프가 20cm이내 범위가 되도록 사용량을 시멘트 중량의 2%이내의 범위로 된 재료를 타설 진동, 가압하여 양생후 150℃의 온도로 3시간정도 표면을 건조시켜 MMA 50%, BA 50%, BPO적량, AIBN적량, DMA적량의 혼합액체에 담궈 24시간 경과후 80℃의 중합수조에 넣어 2시간동안 중합시켜 꺼내 48시간 동안 냉각시킨후 물갈기연마 및 광판연마를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리콘크리트 타일 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료 10∼20%, 물 60∼80%에 에폭시 10∼20%를 혼합하여 거푸집 바닥에 붓 또는 스프레이로 뿌리고, 그위에, 에폭시 3∼20%, 유리 80∼97%를 혼합한 혼합물에 대해 20%의 안료를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 유리콘크리트 타일 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
