Claims (4)

  1. 수용한 복수의 부품을 소정의 부품인출위치에 순차 송출하는 복수의 부품 공급 유니트와, 복수병렬설치한 부품공급부와, 상기 부품을 실장하는 실장 부재를 위치결정하는 실장부재의 위치결정수단과, 상기 부품공급부의 소정위치에서 부품을 유지해서 그 부품을 상기 실장부재위에 실장하는 부품실장수단을 구비한 부품실장장치에 있어서, 상기 부품공급유니트선단부의 위치 어긋남을 검출하는 수단을 설치한 전자부품 실장장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부품공급유니트선단부의 위치어긋남을 검출하는 수단이 시각인식장치에 의해 구성되어 있는 전자부품실장장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부품공급유니트선단부의 위치어긋남을 검출하는 수단이 광센서에 의해 구성되어 있는 전자부품 실장장치
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부품공급유니트선단부의 위치어긋남을 검출하는 수단이 바아코우드리이더에 의해 구성되어 있는 전자부품 실장장치
