Claims (1)
- 써멧트소결체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, TiCxNy(x+y≤1) 31 내지 80중량%, Mo2C 8 내지 18중량%, Ni 2 내지 15중량%, Co 2 내지 15중량%, WC 6 내지 16중량%로 이루어진 통상의 써멧트조성물에 백색 덱스트린을 2 내지 5중량% 첨가하고, 800 내지 1000℃의 질소분위기하에서 2 내지 5시간의 열처리에 의해 상기 덱스트린을 비정질 탄소로 잔류시킨 후 이를 진공하에서, 1,400 내지 1,500℃의 온도에서 30분 내지 1시간 동안 소결처리하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 TiCN계 써멧트 소결체의 제조방법.
