Claims (2)
- 다공질 펠렛트와 전자방사 물질로 구성된 함침펠렛트 외주에 음극링이 구비된 함침형 음극 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 음극링은 함침온도 이하에서 산화반응을 일으키는 산화성 물질이 함유되고 다공질 펠렛트에 전자방사 물질을 함침시키는 함침공정에서 음극링중 산화성 물질과 함침펠렛트중의 전자방사 물질간의 화학반응에 의하여 음극링과 함침펠렛트가 고정결합 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극링중 산화성 물질로는 실리콘(Si), 니켈(Ni), 크롬(Cr)이 단독 또는 복합적으로 존재하는것 임을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극 제조방법.
