Claims (5)
- 방향족 모노비닐 단량체와 시안화비닐 단량체의 공중합수지로 이루어진 매트릭스상과 매트릭스상에 분산된 고무 중합체 입자로 이루어진 분산성으로 이루어진 고무 변성 스티렌계 공중합수지에 있어서, (a) 매트릭스상의 공중합수지 내 방향족 모노비닐 단량체 부분에 대한 시안화비닐 단량체 부분의 중량 비율는 60:4∼95;5범위이고, (b) 고무 중합체는 23∼60중량%의 스티렌 부분을 함유하는 스티렌과 부타디엔의 S-B형 블록-공중합 고무로, 스티렌 내 5중량% 용액의 점도는 25℃에서 20∼60센티포이즈이고 부타디엔 세그먼트는 5∼25몰%의 1,2-비닐결합을 함유하며, (c) 고무 중합체는 방향족 모노비닐 단량체와 시안화비닐 단량체의 공중합수지의 매트릭스에 0.03∼0.5㎛의 면적 평균 입자 직경을 지니는 입자형태로 고무 변성 스티렌계 공중합체에 대하여 3∼35중량%의 양으로 분산되며, 면적 평균 입자 직경대 수평균 입자 직경의 비는 2.0이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 변성 스티렌계 공중합수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 모노비닐 단량체는 스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 변성 스티렌계 공중합수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시안화비닐 단량체는 아크릴로니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 변성 스티렌계 공중합수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌과 부타디엔의 S-B형 블록-공중합 고무의 톨루엔과 메틸에틸케톤(8:2 중량부)혼합물에서 측정한 팽윤지수는 5∼12범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 변성 스티렌계 공중합수지.
- 방향족 모노비닐 단량체, 시안화비닐 단량체와 불포화 2염기 카르복실산의 무수물, 말레이미드 화합물, 아크릴산의 에스테르 및 메타크릴산의 에스테르로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 제3의 단량체를 그 속에 용해된 고무 중합체의 존재하에 벌크-서스펜션 중합 또는 연속 벌크 중합법으로 제조한 고무 변성 스티렌계 공중합체에 있어서, (a) 공중합수지 내 방향족 모노비닐 단량체 부분대 시안화비닐 단량체 부분의 중량비는 60:40∼95:5범위이고; (b) 고무 중합체는 23∼60중량%의 스티렌 부분을 함유하는 스티렌과 부타디엔의 S-B형 블록-공중합 고무로, 스티렌 내 5중량% 용액의 점도는 25℃에서 20∼60센티포이즈이며 부타디엔 세그먼트는 5∼25몰%의 1,2-비닐결합을 함유하며; (c) 고무 중합체는 방향족 모노비닐 단량체와 시안화비닐 단량체의 공중합수지의 매트릭스에 0.03∼0.5㎛의 면적 평균 입자 직경을 지니는 입자형태로 고무 변성 스티렌계 공중합체에 대하여 3∼35중량%의 양으로 분산되며, 면적 평균 입자 직경대 수평균 입자 직경비는 2.0이하이고; (d) 매트릭스상 내 제3단량체 부분의 함량이 1∼35중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 변성 스티렌계 공중합수지.
