Claims (4)
- 밀착형 이미지 센서에 있어서, 상부에 개구부가 형성된 하우징(7)과; 상기 하우징(7)의 개구부에 위치되며 소정 위치에 수직으로 된 광파이버어레이(17)를 가지는 광파이버어레이유리기판(16)과; 상기 광파이버어레이유리기판(16)의 광파이버어레이(17) 하부 표면에 형성된 광전변환부(4)와 ; 상기 광전변환부(4)가 형성된 동일면상에 형성된 신호검출회로(5)와; 개구부가 설치된 상기 하우징(7)내 상기 광전변환부(4)의 하단부에 설치되고, 상기 광파이버어레이유리기판(16)의 광파이버어레이(17) 위에 놓이는 원고(1)의 면에 빛을 입사시킬 수 있는 발광소자(8)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광전변환부(4)가, 광파이버어레이(17)의 중앙하단면에 형성된 투명 제1도전층(20)과; 상기 제1도전층(20)의 하부면에 적층되어 형성된 포톤센서(PS) 및 제2도전층(21)과; 상기 제1도전층(20)과 포토센서(PS) 및 제2도전층(21)의 중앙부에 개구창이 형성되어 하부의 발광소자(8)로부터 조사되는 발광빛이 상부에 형성된 광파이버어레이(17)에 입사되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
- 밀착형이미지 센서에 있어서, 개구부를 가지는 하우징(7)과; 양면이 광학연마처리되어 상기 하우징(7)의 개구부에 위치하고, 광파이버어레이(17)를 가지는 광파이버어레이유리기판(16)과; 상기 광파이버어레이(17)의 하부표면상에 박막공정으로 형성된 광전변환부(4)와; 상기 광파이버어레이(17)의 하부표면상에 설치되고, 상기 광전변환부(4)의 양측에 각각 형성된 발광부(8) 및 검출회로(5)와; 상기 하우징(7)내 광파이버어레이유리기판(16)의 하부면의 소정위치에 설치되고, 상기 발광부(8)의 측면으로부터 발산되는 빛을 상기 광파이버어레이유리기판(16)의 상부에 위치되는 원고(1)면으로 반사되는 광반사거울(22)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발광부(8)로부터 발광되는 빛이 상기 광전변환부(4)에 직접 입사되지 않도록 상기 발광부(8)와 광전변환부(4)사이에 광차폐접합부(23)가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀착형 이미지 센서.
