Description

급속장착용 티이보울트
제1도는 일반적인 타이보울트로 T형홈의 테이블에 공작물을 체결한 상태의 종단면도.
제2도는 종래의 타이보울트를 나타낸 사시도.
제3도는 본 고안에 의한 티이보울트를 나타낸 사시도.

본 고안은 공작기계의 테이블에 공작물을 체결하기 위해 사용되는 티이보울트(T-bolt)에 관련된 것으로서, 보다 상세히는 상기 티이보울트로 공작물을 간단하고도 용이하게 체결할 수 있는 급속장착용 티이보울트에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 공작기계의 테이블에 공작물을 체결 또는 장착하기 위해서는 제1도와 같이 테이블(1)에 형성된 T형홈(11)에 티이보울트(2)의 헤드부(21)가 걸리게 하고 클램핑지그(3)가 공작물(4)을 파지하게 너트(5)를 체결하므로서 테이블(1)에 공작물에(4)을 장착하는 것이었다.
그러나, 종래의 티이보울트는 제2도와 같이 티이보울트(2)의 헤드부(21)가 정사각형으로 되어 있는바, 공작물(4)을 장착할시 테이블(1)의 T형홈(11)양단으로부터 티이보울트(2)의 헤드부(21)을 삽입시켜 공작물(4)을 장착해야하고 이로인해 공작물(4)의 장착시간이 길어 작업능률이 저하되는 것이었다.
또, 테이블(1)의 T자형(11)에 가공칩이 쌓여있는 경우 이를 제거한 다음 공작물(4)을 장착해야 하는 등의 불편이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 제반문제점들을 해소하기 위해 안출한 것으로서, 그 목적은 티이보울트 헤드부의 대각선 모서리부분이 만곡형으로된 장방형 헤드부를 마련하여 공작물을 간단하고도 용이하게 장착할 수 있는 급속장착용 티이보울트를 제공함에 있다.
이하에서 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의거, 더욱 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉, 본 고안은 제3도 및 제4도에 도시한 바와같이 대각선 모서리 부분이 원호형상(23)즉, 만곡형으로된 장방형 헤드부(22)를 갖추고, 가로폭(d1)이 세로폭(d2)보다 크며, 또한 상기 가로폭(d1)이 T형홈(11)의 하부폭(W1)에 일치하고, 세로폭(d2)이 T형홈(11)의 상부폭(W2)에 일치하거나 다소 적은 티이보울트(2A)를 마련하여서 된 것이다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 테이블(1)에 공작물(4)을 장착할때 티이보울트(2)의 장방형 헤드부(22)를 테이블(1)의 T형홈(11)에 제4도의 (a)와 같이 세로폭(d2)이 상부폭(W2)에 일치한 상태로 끼워 삽입한후, 제4도의 (b)와 같이 화살표 방향으로 티이보울트(2A)를 회전시키고 클램핑지그(3)가 공작물(4)을 파지하게 너트(5)를 체결하므로서, 테이블(1)에 공작물(4)를 급속으로 장착할 수 있게 된다.
이때, 테이블(1)의 T형홈(11)에 끼워진 티이보울트(2A)의 장방형헤드부(22)는 가로폭(d1)이 하부폭(W1)에 일치하는 상태로 회전되고 다른 대각선 모서리 부분(23a)이 테이블(1)의 T형홈(11) 벽면에 걸리게 되어 회전되지 않는다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면 하나의 대각선 모서리부분에 원호형상(23) 즉, 만곡형으로 된 장방형 헤드부(22)를 갖는 티이보울트(2A)를 마련하므로서, 공작물의 장착시간을 단축하여 작업능률을 향상시킬수 있고 테이블(1) T형홈(11)에 쌓인 가공칩을 제거하는 칩제거작업공정이 필요치 않아 간단하고 용이하면서도 급속으로 장착할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 정사각형의 헤드부를 갖는 티이보울트에 있어서, 가로폭(d1)이 세로폭(d2)보다 크고, 하나의 대각선 모서리 부분에 원호형상(만곡형)(23)으로 된 장방형 헤드부(22)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 급속장착용 티이보울트.
