포장용 비닐포대
제1도는 본 고안의 일부를 잘라낸 사시도.

본 고안은 병제품을 포장할때 사용하는 포장용 비닐포대에 관한 것이다.
종래의 포장대은 단순한 비닐제품으로서 병제품등을 담게 되었을때 비닐포대가 내용물의 형상과 일치되면 또는 내용물의 요철에 의해 천공됨과 같이 찢어지는 문제점이 있고, 손잡이 부분은 비닐지가 뭉처져 손바닥에 압력을 가중함으로 장시간 운반하여야 할때는 매우 힘들고 손바닥에 통증을 야기하여서 운반에 지장을 초례하였왔다 따라서 별도의 끈을 이용하거나 포장지를 사용하는 문제점이 있어왔다.
따라서 종래의 포장용 비닐포대는 운반용에는 적합하지 않으며 또한 비닐포대가 내용물과 같은 형상으로 구겨져 외적으로도 미려하지 못한바 있다.
본 고안은 이러한 불편을 해소코져 안출된 것으로 비닐포대 내에 전후판과 바닥면이 일체로된 두터운 지지판재를 형성하고 상기 지지판 외측으로 바닥을 감싸며, 손잡이로 연결된 질긴 합성수지재 지지끈을 내삽하여, 형성된 것으로 끈의 장력에 의하여 내용물을 받쳐주기 때문에, 비닐포대의 파손염려를 완전히 해결하였으며, 또한 겉으로 들어나지 않게 구성되어 있어 비닐포대의 미관을 해치지않고 지지판재는 일정한 형상을 유지하여 주게 된것이다.
이와같은 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
두꺼운 종이재 구성된 지지판재(2)(2')를 내삽한 종래의 비닐포대(1)에 있어서 바닥면이 일체로된 합성수지재 지지근(3)을 상기지지판재(2), 바닥면(4)을 지지하고, 전후면에서 "V"자로 갈라저 손잡이(5)(5')로 연결되게 비닐포대(1)와 지지체(2)(2')사이에 내설하여서 된 포장용 비닐포대이다.
이와같이 형성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 병제품등을 담았을때 지지끈(3)이 지지판재(2)의 바닥면(4)을 지지하며, 손잡이(5)(5')로 연결되어 있어 상기 지지판재(2)내에 위치되는 내용물을 견고하게 지지할 수 있으며, 지지근(3)이 비닐포대(1)와, 지지판재(2)(2')사이에 형성되어 외부로 표출되지 않음으로 외관을 해치지 않고 상기지지판재(2)(2')는 일정형상을 유지시켜 외면에는 광고면 내지는 상호, 상표를 구성할 수 있는 매우 간편하면서도 유용한 실용적인 고안인 것이다.

  1. 두꺼운 종이로 형성된 지지판재(2)(2')을 내삽한 비닐포대(1)에 있어서 바닥부가 일체로된 합성수지재 지지끈(3)으로 바닥면(4)을 지지하고 전후면에서 "V"자로 갈라져 손잡이(5)(5')로 연결되게 비닐포대(1)와 지지판(2)(2')사이에 내설하여서된 포장용 비닐포대.
