본 고안은 상·하부로 나누어진 창문의 중간을 구분 구획하는 창문의 중간틀재용 조이너에 관한 것으로 특히, 창문 중간틀에 형성된 조이너 삽입구내에 조이너(joiner)의 삽입철부를 삽입하고, 볼트로 죄어줌으로써 창문중간틀을 간단한 방법에 의해 견고하게 시공함은 물론, 대량 생산이 용이하도록 된 창문중간틀재용 조이너에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 창문틀이 시공시 창문의 중간을 구분 구획하는 창문의 증간틀을 시공함에 있어서는 세로 창틀의 중간부위를 90°의 각도로 절단기를 이용 절단한 후 중간틀재를 상기 절단부에 강제로 삽입하고, 재차 용접해야하는 번거로움이 있었다. 즉, 창문틀을 상부창틀 및 하부창틀로 구획하기 위해서는 세로창틀의 중간부위를 샷시 절단기를 이용하여 중간틀재의 크기와 같이 정밀하게 절단을 행하며, 중간틀재를 삽입한 후 재차 용접을 행하여 세로창틀과 용착하여 사용하는 것이 일반적인 경우이다. 그러나, 이때 상기 세로창틀의 절단부위가 정밀한 칫수로 절단되지 못하면 창문틀의 간격이 벌어져 외관상 매우 흉해보임은 물론, 시공후에 있어서도 창문틀이 제대로 열리거나 닫히지 않는등 여러 문제점이 있었던 것이다.
따라서, 본 고안은 상술한 바와 같은 종래의 문제점에 착안하여 안출된 것으로 본 고안의 목적은 창문의 중간틀 작업시 간단한 방법에 의하여 견고하게 조립 시공함은 물론 이를 미리 제작하여 대량생산이 용이하도록한 창문중간틀재용 조이너를 제공하는데 있다.
이와같은 목적을 실현하기 위하여 이루어진 본 고안은 창문틀의 중앙부에서 창문중간틀재를 결합고정하기위한 창문중간 틀재용 조이너에 있어서, 상기 조이너는 본체부의 전면으로 상기 창문중간틀재에 삽입되는 다수의 삽입철부가 돌출형성됨과 동시에 그 상하측에는 볼트를 체결하기 위한 다수의 구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
중간틀재용 조이너(10)는 본체부(1)의 전면으로 각각 다수의 삽입철부(2a),(2b),(2c)를 돌출형성하여 창문중간틀재(7)에 형성된 조이너 삽입홈(7a)내에 삽입 가능토록하고. 상기 본체부(1)의 하측에는 다수의 구멍(3a),(3b),(3c),(3d),(3e),(3f)을 형성하여 세로창틀(4)(4')의 외측으로부터 볼트(5)로서 체결토록 하는 구성으로서 도면중 미설명 부호인(6a) 및 (6b)는 창문중간틀재(7)룰 기준으로 상·하로 구획된 상부창문틀 및 하부창문틀이다.
상기와 같은 구조로 이루어진 본 고안의 창문중간틀재용 조이너는 제1도의 사시도 및 제2도의 정면도에 도시한 바와같이, 중간틀재용 조이너(10)의 본체부(1) 상측으로는 다수의 삽입철부(2a),(2b),(2c)가 각각 돌설되어 창문 중간틀재(7)에 형성된 동일한 형상 및 크기의 조이너 삽입홈(7a)(미도시)내에 삽입하여 결합한다.
한편, 제3도의 창문 중간틀재용 조이너를 창문틀에 착설한 상태를 개략적으로 도시한 바와같이, 상,하부창문틀(6a),(6b)내에 창을 끼워 넣은 후 상기 조이너(10)의 바닥면을 세로창틀(4),(4')의 중간부위에 접지한후, 세로창틀의 외측으로부터 볼트(5)로서 조이너(10)의 상하측에 형성된 다수의 구멍(3a),(3b),(3c),(3d),(3e),(3f)과 체결함으로써 간단하게 창문중간틀의 시공을 완성하는 것이다.
다른 한편 제4도 및 제5도는 본 고안의 다른 실시예에 의한 창문중간틀재용 조이너를 도시한 도면으로서, 중간틀재용 조이너(20)의 본체부(11) 상측으로 2개의 삽입철부(12a),(12b)를 설치하여 창문중간틀재(17)에 형성된 조이너 삽입홈(17a)내에 삽입한 후 세로창틀(14)(14')의 외측으로부터 상기 조이너(20)의 바닥면에 형성된 구멍(13a),(13b)내에 볼트(15)로서 체결하는 것이다.
상술한 바와같이 본 고안의 창문 중간틀재용 조이너는 창문의 중간틀에 형성된 조이너 삽입홈내에 돌출형성된 다수의 삽입철부를 삽입하고, 세로창틀의 외측으로부터 조이너 본체를 볼트로서 견고하게 죄어줌으로써 상기 창문의 증간틀재 결합 작업이 간단하고, 결합상태가 견고하게 유지됨은 물론 조립이 간단하고 용이하여 대량생산이 가능케 되는 등의 여러가지 잇점이 있는 것이다.

  1. 창문틀의 중앙부에서 창문중간틀재를 결합고정하기 위한 창문중간 틀재용 조이너에 있어서, 상기 조이너(10)는 본체부(1)의 전면으로 상기 창문중간 틀재에 삽입되는 다수의 삽입철부(2a),(2b),(2c)가 돌출형성됨과 동시에 그 상하측에는 볼트(5)를 체결하기 위한 다수의 구멍(3a),(3b),(3c),(3d),(3e),(3f)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 창문틀재용 조이너.
