Description
Claims (5)
- 세척수를 일 이상의 가스세정기내에서 더스트 포함가스와 직접 접촉시키고, 가스세정기로 부터 취출하고 이어서 고형물을 분리하여, 냉각된 형태로 다시 가스 세정기로 공급하는 철광석 환원설비의 가스세정시스템으로부터의 세척수를 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 농축기(1) 내에서 실질적으로 고형물이 제거된 세척수를 열수탱크(2)를 통해서 이산화탄소의 분리, 산호의 부화, 탄산수소칼슘과 탄산수소 마그네슘의 탄산염으로의 변환, 및 황화철과 중탄산철의 수산화 제이철로의 변환이 동시에 일어나는 냉각탑(4)으로 통과시키고, 상기 화학적으로 불안정한 세척수로 부터 추가의 직렬연결농축기(6)내에 응집제와 응고계를 첨가함으로써 재형성 및 잔류고형물을 제거하여 상기 화학적으로 불안정한 세척수를 화학적으로 안정화시키고, 냉수탱크(7)로 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척수를 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 신선한 물을 냉수탱크(7)로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척수를 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세척수를 환기장치내에서 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척수를 처리하는 방법.
- 가스세정기(9)에 직접연결된 제1농축기(1)와 추가의 농축기(6) 및 두 농축기(1,6)사이에 구비된 냉각탑(4)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제3항에 따른 방법을 시행하기 위한 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 물탱크(2,7)와 펌프(3,8)가 각각의 농축기(1,6)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
