Claims (28)
- 만곡면을 가진 다수개의 3차원 잉크점을 포함한 기판의 표면에 투명기판과 잉크패턴을 포함하는 투명체에 있어서 기판과 잉크점의 접촉각은 단지 약 25도에 불과한 것을 특징으로 하는 투명체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잉크점의 만곡면 곡률반경이 적어도 약 0.006센치 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 잉크점위의 만곡면의 곡률반경이 약 0.012센치로부터 0.05센치범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접촉각이 약 3도로부터 약 20도 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패턴의 잉크점에서 결정화 및 냉동으로 인한 광전도손실이 약 50%에 불과한 것을 특징으로 하는 투명체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 패터의 잉크점에 결정화 및 냉동으로 인한 광전도손실이 약 35%에 불과한 것을 특징으로 하는 투명체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 패턴의 잉크점에 결정화 및 냉동으로 인한 광전도손실이 약 20%에 불과한 것을 특징으로 하는 투명체.
- 열용융잉크를 투명기판의 표면에 적용하여 만곡면을 가진 3차원 잉크점을 포함한 잉크패턴을 형성하고 최소한 0.5초의 시간 간격중에 잉크의 용융점 이상의 온도로 패턴의 잉크를 유지하는 것을 포함하는 투명체를 구비하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 투명기판의 표면과 잉크점의 접촉각은 단지 25도의 각도로 잉크점의 확산중 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 투명기판의 표면과 잉크점의 접촉각이 약 3도 내지 20도 범위의 각도로 잉크점의 확산중 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 잉크가 약 0.5초 내지 10초동안 그 융용점 이상 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 잉크가 약 1초내지 5초동안 그 용융점이상의 온도로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 온도가 잉크의 용융점 이상 약 5℃ 내지 40℃범위내로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 온도가 잉크의 용융점 이상 약 10℃ 내지 약 30℃범위내로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 잉크점의 잉크결정화 및 냉동을 감소시키기 위하여 시간간격 직후 급격히 잉크를 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 잉크는 초당 최소한 50℃의 율로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 잉크는 초당 최소한 100℃의 율로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 잉크는 초당 500℃ 내지 1000℃의 율로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 잉크점의 만곡부에 곡률반경이 최소한 0.006센치로 잉크점의 확산중에 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 잉크점의 만곡부에 곡률반경은 약 0.012센치 내지 0.05센치 범위내 값으로 잉크점의 확산중 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 잉크가 투명기판에 가해진 직후 그 용융점 이상온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 잉크가 투명기판에 가해진 후 고체화되고 고체화된 잉크는 그후 그 용융점이상 온도로 가열되어 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 열용융 잉크는 기판에 가하고 초당 최소한 50℃의 율로 잉크를 냉각하는 것을 포함한 광전도 손실을 감소시키는 열용융 잉크상을 구비하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 잉크가 초당 최소한 100℃의 율로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 잉크가 초당 약 500℃ 내지 1000℃의 율로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 잉크가 기판에 적용된 후 고체화되고 고체화된 잉크는 그후 그 용융점 이상 온도로 가열되고 초당 최소한 50℃의 율로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 잉크가 초당 최소한 100℃의 율로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 잉크가 초당 약 500℃ 내지 1000℃ 율로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
