Claims (3)
- 밸브 몸체와, 다수의 통로들을 가지고 서로동일하게 형성되며 상기 밸브몸체내에 면대면끼리 접촉하여 배치되고, 2개의 외측 디스크는 고정되어 있고 중앙 디스크는 그 외측 디스크들 사이에서 회전가능한 적어도 3개의 디스크와, 중앙 디스크에 연결된 작동 부재를 포함하는 직통 및 차단 밸브로서, 상기 디스크들이 그들의 둘레를 따라 그리고 상기 통로들 사이에 형성된 밀봉면들을 가지고 있고, 상기 디스크들의 통로들 각각은 디스크의 일측면에서의 그 통로의 단면적이 디스크의 다른 측면에서의 그 통로의 단면적보다 큰 형태로 되어 있고, 상기 디스크들의 상기 일측면의 상기 밀봉면들 각각이 상기 디스크들의 상기 다른 측면의 밀봉면들 보다 작은 단면적을 가지도록 형성되며, 상기 중앙 디스크의 일면과 상기 외측디스크들 중 하나의 인접면이 밸브의 폐쇄 상태에서 그 면들 사이에 유체 밀봉 시일을 제공하도록 상보적인 형태의 통로들 및 밀봉면들을 가지고, 상기 중앙 디스크의 다른 면과 상기 외측 디스크들중 다른 하나의 인접면은 밸브의 폐쇄시 그 디스크들내에 유체가 포획되어 압력이 형성되는 것을 방지하도록 그 유체가 배출되게 하기 위해 중앙 디스크의 통로들이 상기 다른 하나의 외측 디스크의 밀봉면들과 밀봉 결합하지 않고 그들의 둘레에서만 유체 밀봉 결합하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직통 및 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크들의 통로들이 각각 일면으로부터 다른 면으로 경사져 있고, 상기 하나의 외측 디스크가 밸브의 폐쇄상태에서 상기 회전가능한 중앙 디스크의 일면의 밀봉면들에 의해 밀봉되고, 상기 중앙 디스크의 다른 면의 밀봉면들의 밸브 폐쇄상태에서 상기 다른 하나의 외측 디스크의 통로들을 부분적으로만 덮도록 배치되는 직통 및 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전가능한 중앙 디스크는 그의 양면에서 가장자리를 따라 밀봉면을 가지고 있어 상기 외측 디스크들의 대응하는 가장자리 밀봉면들과의 사이에 유체 밀봉 시일을 형성하며, 상기 중앙 디스크의 일면이 상기 하나의 외측디스크의 통로들에 유체 밀봉 시일을 제공하도록 그의 통로들 사이에 배치된 밀봉면들을 가지는 한편, 다른면에는 그의 통로들 사이의 밀봉면들이 밸브 폐쇄 상태에서 상기 다른 하나의 외측 디스크의 밀봉면들과의 정렬에서 벗어나도록 형성된 직통 및 차단 밸브.
