Claims (9)
- 내연기관의 배기 가스내의 질소산화물(NOx)의 방사를 모니터하는 방법에 있어서, -모니터될 엔진과 유사한 제어 엔진의 연소실을 한정하는 부품중 하나에 가속도계를 설치하는 단계와, -제어 엔진의 배기가스내의 질소 산화물의 배출을 측정하기 위한 공지의 장치를 설치하는 단계와, -제어엔진의 전 작동 범위를 커버하도록 여러 부하와 여러 속도에서 제어 엔진을 작동시키는 단계와, -가속도계 신호와 관련된 데이터와 계산된 특성변수와 제어 엔진의 배기 가스내의 포함된 질소산화물(NOx)의 측정량과, 적어도 속도 및 부하 그리고 실린더 유입공기온도를 포함하는 엔진 작동특성 변수를 동시에 기록하는 단계와, -기록된 데이터를 기초로하여, 질소산화물의 측정량과 가속도계 신호의 특성변수 사이의 상호관계를 설정하는 단계와, -제어 엔진에서의 동일 조건하에서 모니터된 엔진에 가속도계를 설치하는 단계와, -가속도계 신호와 관련될 데이터와, 계산된 특성 변수와, 적어도 속도 및 부하 그리고 실린더 유입 공기 온도를 포함하는 엔진 작동 특성 변수를 작동시 모니터될 엔진에 동시에 기록하는 단계와-전 단계에서 기록되 에티어와 제어엔진을 위해 설정한 상관관계로부터 모니터될 엔진의 질소 산화물 배출치와 동등한 값을 설정하는 단계와 -적당하다면 질소산화물의 배출에 따른 설정된 값에 부합하도록 필요한 작동이 되도록 결정을 취하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스내의 질소 산화물(NOx)의 배출을 모니터 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소주기에 의해 한정되는 시간 윈도우내에 포함된 신호가 0 내지 50,000Hz의 주파수 범위를 위한 상기 가속도계 신호의 상기 특성변수를 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스내의 질소산화물(NOx)의 배출을 모니터 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특성변수를 상기 가속도계 신호의 동력 스펙트럼 또는 상기 동력을 나타내는 값을 계산하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스내의 질소 산화물(NOx)의 배출을 모니터 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특성 변수를 피크 신호 진폭 값을 계산하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스내의 질소 산화물(NOx)의 배출을 모니터 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특성 변수가 신호의 평균값 또는 rms 또는 이것의 엔벨로프 계산에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스내의 질소 산화물(NOx)의 배출을 모니터 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특성 변수가 가속도계 신호의 에너지를 계산하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로하는 내연기관의배기 가스내의 질소 산화물(NOx)의 배출을 모니터 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 설정치와 인치시키도록 하는 작동이 조기점화 또는 연료분사의 변경, 연소지지 공기온도의 변경 또는 정규동력의 조정인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스내의 질소 산화물(NOx)의 배출을 모니터하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 설정치와 일치시키도록 하는 작동이 연료의 성질의 수정인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스내의 질소 산화물(NOx)의 배출을 모니터 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 연료의 성질에 대한 수정은 물의 분사에 의한 것을 특징으로하는 내연기관의 배기가스내의 질소 산화물(NOx)의 배출을 모니터 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
