Claims (8)
- 숫요소(3)와 암요소(1)가 나사선(4)에 의해 연결되고, 나삿니 표면의 부분(11,13)이 죄여진 상태에서 다른 요소의 나삿니의 부분(12,14)에 강하게 작용되며, 조인트의 적어도 하나의 부분이 하나 이상의 나삿니피치의 길이에 대응하는 축방향의 간격에서 하나 이상의 홈(18)을 형성하고 있고, 홈(18)의 깊이가 나삿니의 높이 보다 더 깊으며, 그리고 시일링 장치를 포함하고 있는 석유 산업용으로 유용한 강관용 나삿니가 있는 조인트에 있어서, 시일링 장치가 죄여진 상태에서 조인트의 암요소(1)와 숫요소(3)사이에 존재하고 설치된 상태에서 조인트의 가능한 최대의 틈을 허용하는 가공 오차의 허용한도인 크기로 되어 있는 틈(17)의 크기와 형상에 대응하는 크기와 형상을 가진 합성 내장재로 되어 있고, 그리고 합성 내장제가 계속 죄는 동안 영구적으로 변형되지 않게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일링 장치를 포함하는 강관용 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성 내장재의 크기가 설치된 상태에서 조인트의 가능한 최대 크기의 틈을 허용하는 가공오차의 허용한도에 대응하는 크기보다 약간 더 큰것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 홈(18)의 단면이 도브테일형인 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 합성 내장재가 대응하는 홈(18)의 표면에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 도는 제2항에 있어서, 단 하나의 홈에 합성 내장재가 들어있고, 상기 홈이 숫요소(3)의 끝단근처에 있는 암요소(l)의 나사선에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 제1항 도는 제2항에 있어서, 합성물질이 마세포 구조로 된 폴라탄 XPE 또는 RIM 160등과 같은 우레탄 탄성중합체, 폴리카 보네이트, 폴리올레핀 또는 폴리아미드로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트.
- 홈(18)을 형성하고 요소 속에다 홈(18)을 형성하고 있는 요소에 죄여져야 되는 조인트 요소의 최소 허용한도에 대응하는 크기로 된 나사선 또는 상기 최소 허용한도 보다 약간 작은 크기로 된 나사선을 가진 맨드릴(19)을 죄여서 넣고, 맨드릴에 형성되어 있는 다수의 채널(20)(21)속으로 홈(18)의 레벨에서 중합된 후 대응하는 홈의 내부에 부착되어서 합성 내장재로 되는 합성 물질을 주입시키는 것으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 따른 조인트의 내장재를 제조하는 방법.
- 조인트의 암요소(1)에 형성되어 있는 홈(18)에다 중합되어서 최소 가공오차에 대응하는 크기로 된 다른 요소의 나사선에 정확하게 대응하는 형상으로 되는 합성물질을 넣어서 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 따른 조인트를 제조하는 방법.
