Claims (3)
- 상호 평행하는 두 회전축과, 각개 회전축상에 위치한 다수의 패들과, 패들이 회전함에 따라 각개 패들에 의하여 그려지는 원형 표면에 따르는 내측벽 표면을 가지며, 두 회전축과 동심이며 서로 중첩하는 2원형상의 단면을 갖는 배럴로 구성되는 연속 교반-혼합창치를 사용하고, 이 장치에는 온도제어 재킷이 장비되어 있으며 또한 이 장치에는 트리옥산과, 촉매와, 경우에 따르는 기타 공중합성 공단량체 및 첨가제와의 원료혼합물이 장치의 일단에 위치한 원료공급구를 통하여 연속 공급되고, 다음 이 원료혼합물은 상기한 회전축을 서로 상대방향으로 회전시킴으로써 교반되면서 중합 또는 공중합 반응을 받고, 그후 트리옥산의 중합체나 공중합체는 장치의 타단에 위치한 배출구를 통하여 미세과립으로서 취출되는, 트리옥산의 중합체나 공중합체의 연속 제조방법에 있어서; 서로 상면하는 패들의 한쌍이 그들의 회전축 주위로 상이한 방향으로 회전할때 그들의 사이의 간극이 항상 배럴 내경의 3/100이하로 좁게 유지되어야 한다는 요건을 만족시키는 단면형상의 패들이 1조 또는 2조나 그 이상으로 각개 축상에 서로 인접하여 위치하고, 상이한 방향으로의 회전은 상개 패들의 회전축으로부터 최원방부와 배럴의 내측벽과 사이의 간극이 항상 배럴내경의 3/100이하로 좁게 유지되게 하는 상태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 트리옥산의 중합체나 공중합체의 연속 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 사용된 패들이, 패들의 회전축 중심에서 양분되는 길이(a+b)를 장경으로 하고 2×b를 단경으로 하는 반-타원을 그려서 이루어지는 형상과, 다음에 상기 반-타원을 사용하여 상기 반-타원상의 점으로부터 그의 축중심을 통하여 a+b(이때 a는 패들의 축중심으로부터의 최원방 지점의 거리이며, b는 패들의 축중심으로부터의 최단지점의 거리이다.)의 거리에 걸친 직선에 따르는 점들의 궤적으로 이루어지는 단면형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연속 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 패들표면의 일부나 전체에 미세 파형이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는, 연속 제조방법.
