Claims (2)
- 지하전분, 분지된 화합물 구조를 갖는 검류, 산류 또는 아미노산류, 유화제, 갈색 육수 또는 화이트 육수로 구성된 것에 물로 전체 중량 %가 100%가 되게한 액상조미액을 농축한 액상 조미 농축액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지하전분이 전체중량에 대하여 3%, 검유가 0.5-0.7%, 산류 또는 아미노산류 0.015-0.03%, 유화제 0.15-0.3%, 갈색육수 또는 화이트가 20%-30% 정도 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 액상 조미 농축물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
