Claims (5)
- 한쌍의 LCD판넬(6a)(6b)의 광축과 스크린(S)의 중심축이 평행하게 되도록 배치하는 단계와, 투영렌즈(7a)(7b)가 내부에 조립된 투영렌즈 홀더(26a)(26b)를 투영렌즈(7a)(7b)광축이 LCD판넬(6a)(6b)의 광축과 평행하게 되도록 배치하는 단계와, 상기 투영렌즈홀더(26a)(26b)를 스크린(S)을 향하여 전, 후진 이동시키는 동시에 내, 외측으로 평행이동시키는 단계를 행하여 스크린(S)상에서 화면을 일치시키는 동시에 촛점을 조절하고 키스토닝을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 입체용 투영기의 구동방법.
- 케이스(2)내부에 2개의 구면반사경(3a)(3b), 램프(4a)(4b), 집광렌즈장치(5a)(5b) 및 LCD판넬(6a)(6b)이 각각 대칭으로 설치되고, 투영렌즈(7a)(7b)를 내부에 조립한 투영렌즈 홀더(26a)(26b)가 대칭으로 설치되며, 상기 LCD판넬(6a)(6b)광축과 스크린(S) 중심축이 평행하게 배치됨과 아울러 상기 투영렌즈홀더(26a)(26b)를 스크린(S)을 향하여 투영렌즈(7a)(7b)광축이 스크린(S)중심축과 평행하게 유지되도록 함께 전, 후 이동시키면서 동시에 내, 외측으로 평행이동시키는 투영렌즈 구동장치(8)가 구비되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 입체용 투영기의 투영렌즈 구동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투영렌즈 구동장치(8)는, 일단의 내면에 계단식으로 안내면(9a)(9b)이 형성된 슬라이더지지대(10a)(10b)를 상호 대칭되게 설치하며, 상기 슬라이더지지대(10a)(10b)사이의 후방에 보조 슬라이더지지대(13a)(13b)가 설치되게 구동장치케이스(14)에 고정설치하고, 전, 후단의 양측에 안내홈(15a)(15b)이 형성된 슬라이더(15)를 상기 양측 슬라이더지지대(10a)(10b)와 보조슬라이더지지대(13a)(13b)사이에 전, 후 슬라이딩되게 설치하고, 임의의 각도를 경사지게 2개의 슬라이더 암(20a)(20b)을 상기 슬라이더(15)의 양측 중간부에 각각 고정설치하고, 임의의 각도로 경사지게 2개의 슬라이더 암 지지관(18a)(18b)을 슬라이더 암 고정대(19)에 평행되게 일체화시킨 슬라이더 암 작동관(21a)(21b)을 연결판(22)으로 상호연결시켜 일체화하며, 슬라이더 암 작동관(21a)(21b)의 끝단에 로울러(23a)(23b)를 회동되게 설치하여 슬라이더 암 출몰대(24a)(24b)를 구성한후 상기 슬라이더 암(20a)(20b)의 슬라이더 암 지지관(18a)(18b)에 슬라이더 암 출몰대(24a)(24b)의 슬라이더 암 작동관(21a)(21b)을 슬라이딩되게 설치하며, 상기 슬라이더 암 지지관(18a)(18b)에 압축스프링(25a)(25b)을 설치하여 슬라이더 암 작동관(21a)(21b)의 각 로울러(23a)(23b)가 양측 슬라이더지지대(10a)(10b)의 각 경사면(9a)(9b)에 수직으로 접촉하여 투사궤적을 따라 이동시켜서 투영렌즈(7a)(7b)를 화면맞춤과 촛점조정을 동시에 행하도록 하고, 상기 투영렌즈(7a)(7b)를 각각 설치한 투영렌즈홀더(26a)(26b)를 상기 슬라이더 암 출몰대(24a)(24b)의 연결판(22)에 각각 고정설치하여 일체화하고, 상기 일측 슬라이더지지대(10a)에 워엄(29)이 축착된 구동모타(28)를 고정시켜서 기어축(30)의 워엄(32)과 치합되게 하며, 상기 슬라이더(15)의 전단측상면에 래크(33)를 형성하여 상기 기어축(30)의 기어(31)와 치합되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 입체용 투영기의 투영렌즈 구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양측 슬라이더지지대(10a)(10b)와 보조슬라이더지지대(13a)(13b)에 각각 지지구멍(11)과 (12)을 형성시킨 후 볼(16a)(16b)과 압축스프링(17a)(17b)을 각각 설치하여 압축스프링(17a)(17b)의 탄력에 의해 볼(16a)(16b)이 슬라이더(15)를 지지되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 입체용 투영기의 투영렌즈 구동장치.
