코넥터 하우징
도면은 본고안에 관한 코넥터 하우징의 일실시예를 표시하며,
제 1 도는 계지부재를 분리한 상태의 사시도.
제 2 도는 가고정 상태의 사시도.
제 3 도는 정착상태의 사시도이다.
* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명

본 고안은 하우징 본체내에 수납한 접속단자에 부착한 전선을 소정위치에 괘지할 수 있는 코넥터 하우징에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 코넥터 하우징에는 전선을 접속한 접속단자를 수납하고 있으며, 접속단자의 창작후에 있어서는 이 전선을 하우징 후방으로 인출한 상태로 되어 있다.
그러나, 접속단자를 수납한 다음에 있어서 반송이나 보관시에 전선이 방해가 되어 취급에 불편을 초래하는 일이 있으므로, 전선을 어떠한 형태로든 움직이지 않게 하는 것이 요망된다. 또, 방수코넥터 등에 있어서는, 사용중에 전선에 인장력이 작용하며, 방수용 시일부재가 변형되어 방수기능이 열화된다.
이 경우에는, 전선의 인장력을 완화시키기 위하여 전선을 코넥터 하우징의 이 부분에 고정할 필요가 생기는 것이다.
본 고안의 목적은, 상기한 요망에 따라 접속단자에 부착한 전선을 코넥터 하우징의 소정위치에 괘지 할 수 있는 코넥터 하우징을 제공하는데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안에 관한 코넥터 하우징에 있어서는 하우징 본체에 수납하는 접속단자가 후방으로 빠져나가는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 상기한 하우징본체의 후단부에 별도의 계지부재를 착탈자재 하게 설치함과 아울러, 그 계지부재의 적어도 일부분에 장착시, 상기한 하우징 본체와의 사이에 전선괘지용 루프부가 되는 아암(arm)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
상기한 구성을 보유한 코넥터 하우징은, 하우징으로부터 인출되어있는 전선을 계지부재에 장착할 때에, 하우징에 설치되는 루프부에 괘지하여 불안정성을 배제하였다.
본 고안은 도시한 실시예에 의거하여 상세하게 설명한다.
제 1 도에서 부호 1은 하우징 본체이고, 부호 2는 하우징 본체(1)안에 수납한 접속단자가 후방으로 빠져 나가는 것을 방지하기 위한 계지부재이다.
하우징 본체(1)에는 단자 수용구멍(1a)이 설치되고, 그 후단부(1b)에는 계지부재(2)가 장착될 수 있도록 구성되고, 후단부(1b)의 일부에는 계지용 팁(1c)이 설치되어 있다.
계지부재(2)는 하우징본체(1)의 후단부(1b)를 덮어씌우도록끔 부착되고, 접속단자 및 부설된 전선을 삽통하기 위한 개구부(2a)가 설치되어 있음과 아울러, 계지용팁(1c)과 계합하기 위한 2개의 계지구멍이 설치되어 있다.
제1계지구멍(2b)은 계지부재(2)를 하우징본체(1)의 후단부(1b)에 얕게 감합한 상태로서 고정하기 위한 소위 가고정(temportaty fixing)을 행하기 위한 계지구멍이다.
제2계지구멍(2c)은 더 깊게 계지부재(2)를 감압한 상태, 요컨대 장착상태를 위한 계지용 구멍이다.
그리고, 계지부재(2)의 양측에는 아암(2d)이 하우징 본체(1) 방향으로 향하여 돌출되고, 하우징 본체(1)에도 이 아암(2d)과 계합하는 수납부(1d)가 설치되어 있다.
또한 이 수납부(1d)의 외측으로 단층부(1e)가 설치되어 있는데, 이는 하우징 본체(1)를 상대측 코넥터와 끼워맞출 때 손가락을 걸어서 본체를 움직이지 않도록 하기 위한 것이다.
계지부재(2)를 하우징 본체(1)의 후단부(1b)에 계합하고, 제1계지구멍(2b)을 계지용 팀(1c)에 계합시키는 ,제 2 도에 표시하는 가고정 상태에 있어서, 계지부재(2)의 개구부(2a)를 통하여 하우징본체(1)의 단자 수용 구멍(1a)안에 접속단자를 삽입할 수 있다.
이 삽입이 완료한 후에, 개구부(2a)로부터 인출되어 있는 전선(3)을 아암(2d)의 내측으로 인입한다.
여기에서 계지부재(2)를 하우징본체(1)측으로 다시 압입하면, 계지부재(2)의 전단부는 계지용 팁(1c)를 타고 넘어서, 제 3 도에 표시하듯이 계지용 팁(1c)은 제2계지구멍(2c)에 감합함과 아울러, 아암(2d)은 하우징 본체(1)의 수납부(1d)와 합치되고 하우징 본체(1)와의 사이에 루프부가 형성되게 된다.
이때 전선(3)은 루프부의 형성과 동시에 루프부내에 괘지된다. 또한, 제 3 도의 상태에 있어서 계지부재(2)는 제 2 도에 표시하는 가고정 상태보다도 약간 들어올려지게 되어 있으며, 들어올려지는 편차에 의해서 접속단자의 후단부를 계지부재(2)내측에 설치된 돌기(비도시)에 의하여 계지하여, 접속단자가 뒤쪽으로 빠져나가는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 관한 코넥터 하우징은, 계지부재의 장착에 의하여 하우징 본체와의 사이에 형성되는 루프부에 전선을 괘지할 수 있기 때문에, 접속단자 삽입후의 운반이나 보관시에 있어서의 전선의 뒤엉킴등을 방지할 수 있고 더욱이 방수 코넥터에 있어서의 사용시에 있어서 전선의 인장력을 완화하는 것이 가능해진다.

  1. 하우징본체(1)에 수납하는 접속단자가 뒤쪽으로 빠지는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 상기한 하우징 본체(1)의 후단부(1b)에 별개의 계지부재(2)를 착탈자재하게 부착함과 아울러, 그 계지부재(2)의 최소한 일부분에 장착 할 때에, 상기한 하우징 본체(1)와의 사이에 전선(3) 계지용 루프부가 되는 아암(2D)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 코넥터 하우징.
