Claims (4)
- 열전자 방출물질이 함침된 다공성 기체와, 이를 수납고정하는 컵과 상기 컵을 그 상단부에 지지고정함과 아울러 그 내부에 히이터가 내장되는 슬리이브를 구비한 함침형 음극구조체에 있어서, 상기 컵에 내장되는 다공성 기체가 상기 컵의 바닥면에 형성되는 하나 이상의 용접부위를 통해 용접고정되며, 상기 히이터와 대면하는 컵의 저면의 용접부위는 소정 깊이 요입형성되어 상기 히이터로부터 방사되는 열을 흡수하기 위한 전체적 열흡수면적이 확장된 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극구조체.
- 열전자 방출물질이 함침된 다공성 기체와, 이를 그 내측에 수납고정하는 컵과 상기 컵을 그 상단에 고정지지하는 그 내측에 히이터가 내장되는 슬리이브를 구비하는 함침형 음극구조체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 다공성 기체를 상기 컵에 삽입한 상태에서 상기 컵의 바닥면으로부터 용접을 실시하여 상기 용접에 의한 용접부에 의해 상기 다공성 기체와 컵을 상호용접고정하는 단계와, 컵에 내장 고정된 상기 다공성 기체에 열전자 방출물질의 용융 함침시키는 단계와, 상기 컵의 주면에 부착된 불필요 열전자 방출물질의 잔류물을 제거하는 단계와, 상기 컵을 상기 슬리이브의 상단부에 고정하는 단계를 순차적으로 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극구조체의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 기체를 상기 컵의 바닥면에 강하게 압착시킨 상태에서 용접하되, 컵의 외측 바닥면에 소정 크기의 요흠이 하나 이상 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극구조체의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 기체와 컵을 레이져빔을 통해 용접하도록 하는 것을 그 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극구조체의 제조방법.
