밀폐형 압축기의 컨넥팅로드 이중 베어링장치
제 1 도는 본 고안의 분해사시도.

본 고안은 밀폐형 압축기 내부에 장치되는 커넥팅로드(Connec-ting Road)의 내경부에 형성된 크랭크축의 편심부와, 소경부에 형성된 피스톤핀의 접촉상태를 개선하여 마찰력을 감소시키고, 직각도와 조립공차정도에 의해 발생되는 비틀림과 마찰마모 및 소음을 마소시킬수 있도록된 밀폐형 압축기의 커넥팅로드 이중 베어링장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 경우에는 도면 제 5 도와 제 6 도와 같이 커넥팅로드(51)와 피스톤(52)을 연결시켜주는 피스톤핀(53)을 이용하여 압축기 내부에 장치하여 사용함에 따라 크랭크축(54)이 회전운동을 하면 피스톤(52)은 커넥팅로드(51)의 힘을 전달받아 왕복운동을 함에 있어서, 커넥팅로드(51)의 소경부(51a)와 피스톤(52)을 지지하는 피스톤핀(52)으로 형성시켜 피스톤핀(53)과 커넥팅로드 소경부(51)를 중심으로 커넥팅로드(51)의 대경부(51b)의 "Y"축 평행도 또는 "X"축의 직각도 공차량만큼 커넥팅로드(51)의 소경부(51a)와 대경부(51b) 마찰 마모량과 마찰소음 및 비틀림등이 크게 발생되는 결점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래의 결점을 해결키 위해 피스톤과 커넥팅로드를 연결과 힘을 전달하는 레버를 형성시켜 종래의 결점을 해결키 위해 안출된 것으로 첨부도면에 의거하여 구성 및 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
압축기의 커넥팅로드(1)의 이중 베어링 장치에 있어서, 상기 "C"형의 구멍(1a)과 지지구(1b)가 형성된 커넥팅로드(1)와 "C" 자형구멍(2a)과 지지구(2b)가 형성된 피스톤(2)를 연결시키고, 힘을 전달하는 레버(3)를 섭동가능케 삽설하고, 상기 레버(3)는 원통형의 커넥팅로드 연결부(3a)와 원통형의 피스톤 연결부(3b) 및 윤활과 마찰마모를 감소하는 역할을 하는 윤활공급구멍(3c)이 일체로 형성됨과, 상기 커넥팅로드(1)가 크랭크축(4)의 Y측 방향으로 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 탄성력을 가진 링(5)을 크랭크축(4)에 부착시켜 구성된 것으로, 미설명부호 6, 6'는 오일구멍 7은 편심축이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
피스톤(2)의 연결부 역할을 하는 레버(3)의 피스톤 연결부(3b)는 피스톤(2)의 하단부에 일체로 형성된 지지구(2b)의 "C" 자형 구멍(2a)에 길이방향으로 헐거움 끼워맞춤 방식으로 조립하고 커넥팅로드 연결부(3a)는 커넥팅로드(1) 외주연 위치에 일체로 돌설된 지지구(1b)의 "C" 자형 구멍(1a)에 헐거움 끼워맞춤방식으로 조립하며 도면 제 1 도에 도시된 상태에서 커넥팅로드(1)와 피스톤(2)을 도면 제 2 도와 같이 레버(3)로 조립시키고, 상기 커넥팅로드(1)의 "X" 축에 대한 "Y" 층의 기울기가 "Y" 만큼 기울때에도 레버(3)의 커넥팅로드연결부(3a)와 커넥팅로드(1)의 접촉부는 같은 방향으로 운동하면서 직각도나 평행도의 공차만큼 보완을 하면서 운동하게 되어 커넥팅로드(1)의 마찰 마모와 마찰 소음을 극소화 할 수 있으며, 윤활유의 공급은 크랭크축(4)에서 커넥팅로드(1)의 오일 구멍(6')을 통해 레버(3)의 오일구멍(6')을 타고 피스톤 연결부(3b)까지 공급을 받도록 되어 있고, 제 3 도와 같이 커넥팅로드(1)와 레버(3)의 커넥팅로드 연결부(3a)의 접촉 상태는 압축기 내부에 장치된 전기적 모터축에 해당하는 크랭크축(4)이 회동함에 따라 압축기의 피스톤(2)이 상사점인 (가)상태에서 피스톤(2)이 흡입과정인 (나)상태로 크랭크축(4)의 회전운동이 피스톤(2)의 왕복운동으로 변환되는 과정에서와 압축기의 피스톤(2)이 하사점인 (다)상태에서 피스톤(2)이 압축과정인 (라)상태로 운동할때, 피스톤(2)의 왕복운동의 구동원에 해당하는 크랭크축(4)을 기준으로 편심축(7)과 커넥팅로드(1)와 1차 미끄럼 접촉을 하여 발생되는 비틀림 마찰력을 분산시키기 위해 레버(3)의 커넥팅로드 연결부(3a)는 화살표 방향인 "R"방향으로 미끄러지면서 운동을 하며, 레버(3)의 커넥팅로드 연결부(3a)의 좌우 이탈방지를 위해 "C"자형 구멍(1a)이 형성된 피스톤지지부(1b)의 각도는 A°만큼 유지하여 레버(3)의 이탈을 방지할수 있는 2중 베어링 장치로 마찰력을 2중으로 분산시켜, 마찰의 마모량과 마찰력을 극소화시키는 특징을 지니고 있다.
도면 제 4 도와 같이 크랭크축(4)의 하단부 편심축(7)에 링(5)을 고정시켜 피스톤(2)과 레버(3) 및 커넥팅로드(1)의 운동과 정지시에 커넥팅로드(1)가 "Y" 축의 아래방향으로 이탈되는 것을 방지시킬수 있도록 된것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 커넥팅로드(1)와 피스톤(2)의 연결함에 레버(3)을 이용하여 쉽고, 간단히 연결시킴과 조립부에서 발생하는 공차를 줄여줌으로서 마모 및 소음을 줄일수 있는 비틀림 발생등을 극소화 할수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

  1. 밀폐형 압축기 내부에 장치된 커넥팅로드(1) 이중베어링 장치에 있어서, 상기 커넥팅로드(1)와 피스톤(2)을 연결 및 지지하는 레버(3)의 커넥팅로드 연결부(3a)와 피스톤 연결부(3b)를 원통형으로 형성하고, 상기, 커넥팅로드(1)의 지지부(1b)와 피스톤(2)의 지지부(2b)가 "C" 자형의 구멍(1a)(2a)으로 형성되어 레버(3)의 조립구성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 커넥팅로드 이중 베어링장치.
