Claims (1)

1화면의 동화상 신호를 분할해서 기억토록 하고 상호 1화면의 분할 경계를 중심으로 소정의 넓이로 부분적으로 중복한 상기 동화상 신호를 기억하는 용량을 갖는 적어도 2개의 독립한 메모리 수단, 화면의 분할 경계 부분을 중심으로 부분적으로 중복하는 영역을 포함하는 대응하는 분할 동화상 신호를 대응하는 상기 메모리 수단에 기억시키는 메모리 제어 수단, 및, 상기 메모리 수단에 대응해서 설치되며, 독립해서 동작하여 대응하는 메모리 수단 내에 기억된 동화상 신호를 소정의 크기의 동화상 처리 단위 블록마다 전회 프레임 화면과 당회 프레임 화면과의 동화상의 차를 검출하는 화상차 산출 수단을 구비하는 동화상차 검출장치.
