Claims (2)
- 입력상용전원을 잡음제거 및 정류하는 입력정류부(1)와, 그 입력정류부(1)에서 정류된 전원을 평활시킨후 고압트랜스(T11)를 통해 승압시켜 반파배전압으로 마그네트론(MGT)을 구동시키는 마그네트론구동부(3)와, 상기 고압트랜스(T11)의 1차측에서 전류체크부(5)의 검출전류에 따라 스위칭 속도를 보상하여 그 1차측코일(N11)에 공급되는 전원을 고속스위칭하는 고속스위칭부(4)로 구성된 마그네트론 구동전원회로에 있어서, 상기 입력정류부(1)의 출력을 릴레이 스위치(RY11)의 절환에 따라 평활콘덴서 용량을 가변시켜 평활시키는 가변평활부(2)와, 상기 입력상용전원을 저압트랜스(T22)를 통해 인가받아 저압정류부(6)에서 정류한 후 릴레이스위치(RY12)의 절환에 따라 평활콘덴서 용량을 가변시켜 평활시키는 저압평활부(7)와, 상기 저압트랜스(T22)의 다른 2차 코일(N13)을 통해 인가받는 상기 입력되는 상용전원의 크기에 따라 상기 릴레이스위치(RY11), (RY12)를 제어하도록 릴레이(RY1)를 구동시키는 릴레이구동부(9)와, 상기 저압평활부(7)의 평활전압을 체크하는 전압체크부(10)와, 상기 저압평활부(7)의 평활전원을 인가받는 일정전원부(8)을 통해 일정크기전원전압(Vcc)을 인가받고, 상기 전류체크부(5)의 검출전류 및 상기 전압체크부(10)의 검출전압에 따라 상기 고속스위칭부(4)의 스위칭속도를 제어하는 제어회로부(11)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론 구동 전원회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출전압 및 검출전류를 마이크로프로세서(11-1)가 입력받아 그의 출력을 결정하여 그 출력에 따라 삼각파를 일측에 입력받는 비교기(CP11)의 타측입력전위를 결정하여 그 비교기(CP11)의 출력으로 상기 고속스위칭부(4)의 스위칭을 제어하도록 제어회로부(11)를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론 구동전원회로.
