Claims (11)
- Fe3Al 도핑에 의한 중간온도범위에서의 내산화성 및 내부식성의 부품용 합금으로서, 그 합금의 조성이 A1=24~28at% Nb=01~5at% Cr=0.1~5at% B=0.1~1at% Si=0.1~2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=28at% Nb=1at% Cr=5at% B=0.1at% Si=2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=28at% Nb=1at% Cr=5at% B=0.1at% Si=2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=28at% Nb=1at% Cr=5at% B=1at% Si=2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=28at% Nb=2at% Cr=4at% B=0.2at% Si=2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=26at% Nb=0.5at% Cr=6at% B=0.5at% Si=1.5at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
