제1도는 상온에서 금속간 화합물 Fe3Al에 의한 몇가지 합금의 비커스 경도HV(㎏/㎟)에 대한 B첨가의 영향을 나타내는 그래프,
제2도는 상온에서 금속간 화합물 Fe3Al에 의한 몇가지 합금의 파과 연신율(%)에 대한 B첨가의 영향을 나타내는 그래프,
제3도는 상온에서 금속간 화합물 Fe3Al에 의한 몇가지 합금의 비커스 경도 HV(㎏/㎟)에 대한 Si첨가의 영향을 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (11)

  1. Fe3Al 도핑에 의한 중간온도범위에서의 내산화성 및 내부식성의 부품용 합금으로서, 그 합금의 조성이 A1=24~28at% Nb=01~5at% Cr=0.1~5at% B=0.1~1at% Si=0.1~2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=28at% Nb=1at% Cr=5at% B=0.1at% Si=2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=28at% Nb=1at% Cr=5at% B=0.1at% Si=2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=28at% Nb=1at% Cr=5at% B=1at% Si=2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=28at% Nb=2at% Cr=4at% B=0.2at% Si=2at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=26at% Nb=0.5at% Cr=6at% B=0.5at% Si=1.5at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=26at% Nb=1.5at% Cr=3at% B=0.7at% Si=1at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 조성이 A1=26at% Nb=2at% Cr=1at% B=1at% Si=0.5at% Fe=잔부인 합금.
