Claims (3)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 퓨린핵산에 테트라플루오로붕소나트륨, 티부틸티오나이트라이트(또는 티부틸티오나이트레이트)를 사용하여 아세토니트릴 존재하에서 탈 아미노-치환반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 플루오르호 퓨린핵산의 제조방법.
    일반식(Ⅰ)에 있어서 R은 트리아세틸 리보스나 에틸기를 표시하고 X는 메틸아민, 수소 또는 불소기를 표시하고 Y는 히드록시, 불소기를 나타내고 Z는 수소, 브롬을 나타낸다.
    일반식(Ⅱ)에 있어서, X'는 메틸아민, 수소, 아민기를 표시하고 Y'는 히드록시, 아민기를 표시한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 트리아세틸 리보스기인경우 X가 메틸아민일때는 Y는 불소이고, X가 수소인 경우 Y는 불소이며, X가 불소인 경우 Y는 히드록시인것이 특징인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 플루오르호 퓨린핵산의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 테트라플루오로붕소나트륨과 티부틸티오나이트라이트(혹은 티부틸티오나이트레이트)의 첨가량이 일반식(Ⅱ)의 퓨린핵산에 대해 1:2:2의 몰비를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 플루오르화퓨린핵산의 제조방법.
