Claims (7)
- 슬라이더 레일 혹은 거어더(grider)로 이루어진 재료(3)용 지지 부재가 제공되어 있는 가열대 다음 로상(13)을 포함하는 균열대를 구비한 인고트 재가열로의 가열대(7)에서 압연하여 예열하려는 특히 강철 슬라이브와 같은 연속적으로 이동중의 금속 재료에서 온도를 균일하게 하고 스키드마크를 제거하기 위해서 다상 이동 자계 유도기를 포함하는 균열 장치에 있어서, 가늘고 긴 형상의 유도기(14)는 지지 부재(9)의 연장 선상으로 재가열로의 균열대에 위치되고, 재료의 진행 방향으로 한 지지 부재(9)당 한 유도기 비율로 서로 평행하게 연장하고, 유도기(14)의 작동면(15)은 재료(3)상의 스키드마크에 직면하도록 향하고 적어도 지지 부재(9)의 폭과 동등한 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동면(15)이 상기 지지 부재(9)의 폭의 1 내지 4배의 범위의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동중의 금속 재료의 균열 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 작동면이 상기 지지 부재(9)의 폭의 거의 3배의 폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동중의 금속 재료의 균열 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도기(14)가 상기 재료(3)의 이동방향과 수직으로 배치된 도체(18)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동중의 금속재료의 균열 잗치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 유도기(14)의 상기 작동면(15)이 평평한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동중의 금속재료의 균열 장치.
- 제1항에 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 유도기의 상기 작동면이 만족형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이동중의 금속재료의 균열 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 유도기(14)의 상기 작동면(15)이 단열 내화 재료로 덮여지고, 상기 재료가 상기 균열대(8)의 로상(13)의 하면에 삽입부(21)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동중의 금속재료의 균열 장치.
