Claims (11)
- 하나의 모울딩으로 자체 지지용 성형 원료층으로 구성하고 상기 원료층의 한 단면은 비경화성 원료층과 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 부품 제작용으로 적합한 모울딩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자체 지지부품은 석탄산 수지함유 비직물천류, 경화 플라스틱 함유 비직물천류 특히 비직물, 면직물류, 비직물합성천류, 광섬유로 보강된 폴리우레탄의 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비경화성 원료는 섬유성 물질, 비직물천류, 폴리우레탄중 하나의 원료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자체 지지부품층과 비경화성 부품층 사이에 개스 비침투성 원료층을 배설하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩.
- 제4항에 있어서, 개스 비침투성 원료층은 합성필름, 특히 폴리우레탄 필름 또는 폴리에틸렌 필름으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩.
- 제5항에 있어서, 개스 비침투 원료층은 충전제 포함 가열가소성 합성제, 경화 또는 가열경화 플라스틱, 폴리우레탄, 주조수지 및 2종 이상의 이들 원료 혼합재로 구성되며 음향에 대하여 효과적인 방음 밀도인 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩.
- 공기 침투성 자체 지지부품용 배설형 원료는 제작하고자 하는 모울딩의 외부 모형에 상응하는 모울드 표면위에 배설되며, 동원료는 개스와 공기 비침투성 원료층 또는 필름과 한측면에 연접되고, 비경화성 공기 침투성 원료층은 그 원료층이나 필름에 접합되며, 이러한 방식으로 형성된 모울딩 본체의 원료층은 가열가소성 또는 가열경화성 플라스틱 성형을 할 수 있도록 가열되는 것 및 가열처리 방식으로 형성된 원료층 본체는 공기 또는 개스를 초과 또는 축소 압축한 압력으로 조정 모울드 표면쪽으로 가압시켜 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 자체 지지부품을 형성하는 몇가지 원료층은 공기 비침투성 원료층 또는 필름이 붙어 있는 비경화성 부품층과 교대로 배설되는 것과 공기 또는 개스의 가감된 압력이 자체 지지부품층을 형성하고 있는 원료층에만 가하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩 제조방법.
- 제7항에 또는 제8항에 있어서, 공기 비침투성 필름은 자체 지지부품 형성용 원료층이 성형된 다음 용융되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩 제조방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 접착제 특히 녹는 접착제를 각 원료층 사이에 배설하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩 제조방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 공기압력으로 가압되어 성형되는 원료 단층의 두께는 계기(조절되는) 공기압력에 따라 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모울딩 제조방법.
