본고안은 껌이나 알약, 캡술형의 약을 포장하기 위한 고형물 포장 케이스에 관한 것이다.
더욱 상세하게는 내용물의 인출이 쉽게 이루어지면서 그 휴대를 간편하게 함과 동시에 휴대시에 포장상태의 내용무리 쉽게 빠져나가지 않도록 하여 사용자들에게 여러가지 편의를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
종래에 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 투명성 합성수지재의 뚜껑에 내용물 인입부를 형성하여 내용물 인입부에 내용물을 삽입시킨 다음 은박지등으로 합성수지재 뚜껑과 씰링시켜 내용물을 포장시킨 것은 알려져 있는 바, 이는 그 제조가 간단하고 내용물을 손쉽게 인출할수 있다는 장점이 있어 널리 사용되고 있는 실정인데 이는 휴대시에 취급부주의로 합성수지재 뚜껑을 약간만 압압하여도 내용물이 인출되기 때문에 외부공기와의 접촉을 피하여야 하는 약제의 포장케이스로는 부적법한 문제점이 있다.
따라서 상기의 것은 판매등의 목적으로 이동시키거나보관시에 상당한 신경을 써야하고 또한 이들은 포장시 다수개의 포장케이스를 다시 외부박스로 재포장하였기 때문에 재포장하는 공정이 필요하게 되었던 것이며, 사용자가 날개의 포장케이스를 휴대할 경우에는 내요물인출시 분실을 방지하기 위하여 별도의 보관봉투등이 필요하였던 것이다.
본 고안은 상기의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 내용물의 인출은 손쉽게 할수 있으나 취급부주의로 인하여 내용물이 인출되는 것을 미연에 방지할수 있도록 함과 동시에 별도의 보관봉투를 필요로 하지 않고도 와이셔어츠나 양복상의의 포켓에 간편하게 휴대할 수 있으며 재포장등의 작업이 필요없게 하여 그 사용을 편리하게 한 것으로 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
투명성 합성수지재 뚜껑(1)의 수곳에 돌출부(2)를 형성하고 돌출부(2)의 내측부분이 내용물 삽입부(2')가 형성되도록 하여 내용물(4)이 삽입되도록 한 다음 투명성 합성수지재뚜껑(1)과 별도의 은박지(3)를 씰링하여 내용물(4)을 보관하도록 한 통상의 것에 있어서 상부대지(5)의 수곳에 뚫린 돌출부삽입공(5')을 뚜껑(1)의 돌출부(2)상부에서 끼우고 돌출부 삽입공(5')과 동일위치에 해당하는 절취홈(6')을 형성한 하부대지(6)를 상부대지(5)와 접착시켜서 된 것인데 도면중 미설명부호 7은 상부대지와 하부대지의 접착부분이다.
이와같이 된 본고안의 사용방법은 종래의 것과 마찬가지로 내용물(4)의 인출시에 합성수지재뚜껑(1)의 돌출부(2)를 사용자의 손가락으로 눌러서 내용물삽입부(2')내에 삽입되어 있던 내용물(4)의 인출이 손쉽게 이루어지는 것이다.
그러나 본고안을 사용자의 와이셔어츠나 상의의 포켓에 보관할 경우 취급부주의등으로 내용물(4)의 인출이 허용되지 아니하게 되므로 이를 보관하기 위하여별도의 보관봉투등을 준비할 필요가 없게 되는 것이다.
또한 본고안은 종래의 것에 비하여 내용물이 견고하게 포장되면서 재포장이 필요없게 되어 그 제작가가 상승되지 아니하므로서 사용자들이 많이 휴대하는 껌이나 약제등의 포장케이스를 사용할 경우 사용자들에게 상당한 편의를 제공하여 주게되는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 투명성 합성수지재 뚜껑(1)의 수곳에 돌출부(2)를 형성하고 돌출부(2)의 내측부분인 내용물 삽입부(2') 에 내용물(4)을 삽입시켜 뚜껑(1)의 저면과 별도의 은박지(3)를 접착하여 내용물(4)을 보관하도록 한통상의 것에 있어서 상부대지(5)의 돌출삽입공(5')을 뚜껑(1)의 돌출부(2) 상부에서 끼우고 돌출부삽입공(5')과 동일위치에 해당 하는 절취홈(6')을 형성한 하부대지(6)를 상부대지(5)와 접착시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 고형물 포장케이스.
