Description
Claims (16)
- 포인트(M)에 나타난 조명이 유리가 없는 동일한 포인트(M)에 존재하는 빛에 따라 균형이 잡히고, 유리(3)상에 일치하는 포인트(m)의 기하학적이고 광학적인 특징에 따라 국부광원(2, 15)으로 투사되어 화면(4)상에 나타난 음영부의 영상을 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유리포인트(m)의 기하학적인 특성이 작은 칫수의 소자(21)의 입사각()과 거리(L1), 광원(2, 15)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유리포인트(m)의 광학 특성은 광원(2, 15)과 카메라(6)의 스펙트럼 특성에 의해 균형이 되는 반사와 흡수인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 상기의 청구항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 균형이 되게 하는 카메라(6)에 연결된 컴퓨터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유리가 자동차 앞창에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 또는 제5항에 있어서, 앞창(3)이 외형을 확인하기 위해 논리적으로 주변의 영상(5)에 의해 동일화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 선행의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연산소자는 측정치(E3)가 변형되는 것과 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 측정치(E3)가 앞창(3)의 구역(19, 20)에 따라 다수의 한계치와 비교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 구역(19, 20)사이에 있는 경계(18)가 카메라(6)에 연결된 컴퓨터에 기억되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 선행의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 국부 광원(15)이 헤드라이트(1)의 대물렌즈(10)에서 이탈될 때 조리개에 의해 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학 재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 집광렌즈(9) 앞의 평면 대상물(11)은 스크린(4)상에서 대물렌즈(10)에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학 재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 소정 방향의 해상도는 유리(3)의 광속선(16)의 칫수(17)와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 광학재질을 측정하고 검사하는 방법.
- 컴퓨터에 연결된 CCD카메라를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항의 방법을 실현하기 위한 장치.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 컴퓨터는 유리가 없는 스크린상에 타나난 영상을 기억하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서, 컴퓨터는 대응하는 소자(21)상의 입사각()에 의해 유리의 포인트(m)의 광학적 특성과 흡수치(A)와 정상투사하에서의 반사치(R)를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 생산라인상의 자동차 앞창을 검사하는 선행의 청구범위 중 한항의 방법과 장치의 적용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
