Claims (22)

1급 및/또는 2급 아민 그룹을 함유하는 양이온 폴리에폭사이드-아민 반응 생성물과 폴리에폭사이드 가교결합제의 혼합물을 수성매질에 분산시키고, 상기 혼합물을 가교결합시키기에 충분한 온도로 가열하여 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액을 제조함을 포함하는 방법으로 제조된 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 양이온 폴리에폭사이드-아민 반응 생성물이 폴리에폭사이드를 케트이민 그룹에 의해 차단된 적어도 하나의 1급 아민 그룹과 2급 아민 그룹을 갖는 폴리아민 유도체와 반응시키고 반응 생성물을 산으로 적어도 부분적으로 중화시켜 생성된 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭사이드-아민 반응 생성물 제조에 사용된 아민이 폴리아민 유도체와 1급 또는 2급 모노아민의 혼합물인 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민 유도체가 디에틸렌트리아민과 메틸 이소부틸케톤의 디케트이민인 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭사이드-아민 반응 생성물을 제조하는데 사용된 폴리에폭사이드가 다가 물질의 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭사이드가 폴리에테르 폴리올로 쇄 연장된 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올이 사이클릭 폴리올-에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물인 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭사이드가 가교결합제가 다가 물질의 폴리글리시딜에테르인 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
제8항에 있어서, 상기 다가 물질이 페놀성 물질인 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
제1항에 있어서, 5 내지 40중량%의 수지 고형물 함량을 갖는 양이온 마이크로겔 분산액.
(A) 음극상에 전착될 수 있는 비겔화 양이온 수지, 및 (B) 양이온 폴리에폭사이드-아민 반응 생성물과 폴리에폭사이드 가교결합제의 반응성 혼합물을 수성매질에 분산시키고 상기 혼합물을 가교결합시키기에 충분한 온도로 가열시켜 양이온 마이크로겔을 제조함을 포함하는 방법으로 제조한 분산된 양이온 마이크로겔을 포함하는, 전착식 사용하기 적합한 개선된 수성 수지 분산액.
제11항에 있어서, 상기 양이온 폴리에폭사이드-아민 반응 생성물이, 폴리에폭사이드를 케트이민 그룹에 의해 차단된 적어도 하나의 1급 아민 그룹을 갖는 폴리아민 유도체와 반응시키고 반응생성물을 산으로 적어도 부분적으로 중화시켜 생성된 수성 수지 분산액.
제12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에폭사이드-아민 반응 생성물 제조에 사용된 아민이 폴리아민 유도체와 1급 또는 2급 모노아민의 혼합물인 수성 수지 분산액.
제11항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에포사이드 가교결합제가 다가 물질의 폴리글리시딜에테르인 수성 수지 분산액.
제14항에 있어서, 상기 다가 물질이 페놀성 물질인 수성 수지 분산액.
제11항에 있어서, 상기 분산된 양이온 마이크로겔이 수성 수지 분산액중의 수지 고형물 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 20중량%의 양으로 존재하는 수성 수지 분산액.
제11항에 있어서, 상기 수지 상이 수성 분산액의 총 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 50중량%의 양으로 존재하는 수성 수지 분산액.
음극과 양극사이에 전류를 통과시켜 도료를 상기 음극상에 전착시킴을 포함하는, 수성 수지 분산액중에 함침된 상기 음극 및 양극을 포함하는 전기 회로에서 음극으로 작용하는 전도성 기재의 도장 방법에 있어서, 상기 수성 수지 분산액이 제11항의 분산액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
음극과 양극사이에 전류를 통과시켜 도료를 상기 음극상에 전착시킴을 포함하는, 수성 수지 분산액중에 함침된 상기 음극 및 양극을 포함하는 전기 회로에서 음극으로 작용하는 전도성 기재의 도장 방법에 있어서, 상기 수성 수지 분산액이 제12항의 분산액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
음극과 양극사이에 전류를 통과시켜 도료를 상기 음극상에 전착시킴을 포함하는, 수성 수지 분산액중에 함침된 상기 음극 및 양극을 포함하는 전기 회로에서 음극으로 작용하는 전도성 기재의 도장 방법에 있어서, 상기 수성 수지 분산액이 제16항의 분산액임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항의 수성 분산액으로 부터 건조 생성물로서 회수된 양이온 마이크로겔.
1급 및/또는 2급 아민 그룹을 함유하는 양이온 폴리에폭사이드 아민 반응 생성물과 폴리에폭사이드 가교결합제를 혼합시키고 상기 혼합물을 가교결합시키기에 충분한 온도로 가열하여 양이온 마이크로겔을 제조함을 포함하는 방법으로 제조된 양이온 마이크로겔.
