Description
Claims (10)
- 폴리에스테르섬유로 직조된 인공혈관의 표면에 생체분해성, 혈액적합성 재료가 도포된 인공혈관에 있어서, 상기 직조된 인공혈관의 표면에 생체분해성, 혈액적합성 재료로서 분자사슬내에 카르복시기를 가지고 있는 다당류 또는 그 유도체가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다당류 또는 그 유도체는 셀룰로오스, 변성셀룰로오스(C.M.C), 알긴산 또는 알긴산염, 카르복시메틸알긴산염(C.M.A), 펙틴, 카라기난, 키틴 또는 키토산, 잔탄검, 전분 또는 변성전분중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관.
- 폴리에스테르로 직조된 인공혈관의 표면에 생체분해성, 혈액적합성 재료를 도포시켜서 인공혈관을 제조함에 있어서, 상기 직조된 인공혈관의 표면을 화학적 또는 물리적 처리방법으로 친수화처리시킨 다음, 여기에다 다당류 또는 그 유도체를 도포시켜서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학적 친수화처리는 황산처리 또는 과산화처리로 시행하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 황산처리는 부피비로 진한황산 10~80%, 산화크롬 10~80% 및 증류수 20~80%로 조성된 용액에 상기 직조된 인공혈관을 침적시켜서 산화시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 과산화처리는 부피비로 30~90%의 과염소산과 10~70%의 KClO3포화용액으로 이루어진 혼합용액을 사용하여 처리시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 물리적 친수화처리는 플라즈마처리 또는 고주파방전처리시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다당류 또는 그 유도체로서는 셀룰로오스, 변성셀룰로오스(C.M.C), 알긴산 또는 알긴산염, 카르복시메틸알긴산염(C.M.A), 펙틴, 카라기난, 키틴 또는 키토산, 잔탄검, 전분 또는 변성전분중에서 선택된 것을 사용하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 다당류 또는 그 유도체는 상기 표면처리된 인공혈관 섬유표면에 금속이온으로 킬레케이트 결합되거나 물리적 흡착방법에 의해 도포되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 다당류 또는 그 유도체는 상기 표면처리된 인공혈관 섬유표면에 가교결합되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 인공혈관의 제조방법.
