Claims (10)
- 약 0.75μ이하 직경의 팽운안됨 수 평균 입자 크기, 적어도 약1.1mPa. s의 용액 점도 및 중합체에 존재하는 단량체 단위를 기준으로 약 4몰 ppm 이상의 가교제 함량 및 적어도 약 5.0%의 이온도를 갖는 가교된 음이온 또는 양쪽성 유기 중합체 미립자로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교제가 N,N´-메틸렌비스메타크릴아미드, N,N1-메틸렌비스메타크릴아미드, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 플리에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트, N-비닐 아크릴아미드, 글리시릴 아크릴레이트, 디비닐벤젠, 아크롤레인, 알데히드, 글리옥살, 디에폭시화합물, 에피클로로히드린 및 상기 것들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 이관능 가 단량체인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가교제가 N,N´-메틸렌비스아크릴아미드로 구성되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팽윤안된 직경이 0.5μ 이하인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 중합체 미립자가 아크릴산, 메틸아크릴산, 에틸아크릴산, 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 설폰산 또는 그들의 혼합물 또는 염으로 부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 음이온 단량체로 구성된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 중합체 미립자가 양쪽성이고, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 에타크릴산, 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 설폰산 또는 그들의 염으로 부터 선택된 음이온 단량체 1-99% 및 아크릴옥시에틸트리메틸암모늄 클로라이드, 3-메타크릴아미도프로필트 리메틸암모늄 클로라이드, 디알릴디메틸암모늄 클로라이드 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 양이온 단량체 99-1%로 구성된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 중합체 마이크로 비이드가 아크릴산 나트륨 및 아크릴아미드로 구성된 조성물.
- (a)(i)적어도 하나의 에틸렌형 불포화 음이온 단량체 단독 또는 양이온 단량체와의 혼합물 및 적어도 하나의 가교체 및 임의로, 적어도 하나의 에틸렌형 불포화 비-이온 단량체로 구성되는 수용액; (ii)적어도 하나의 탄산수소 액체로 구성되는 오일상; (iii)효과량의 계면활성제 또는 계면활성제 혼합물을 혼합하여 역 유탁액을 형성시키고; (b) 단계(a)에서 얻어진 역 유탁액을 중합 조건에 적용시키는 것으로 구성되는, 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같은 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제8하에 있어서, 단계(a)(i)의 상기 단량체 용액이, 음이온 단량체로서 아크릴산 나트륨, 가교제로서 N,N´-메틸렌비스아크릴아미드 및 비-이온 단량체로서 아크릴아미드로 구성되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계(a)(i)의 상기 수용액에, 알콜, 메르캅탄, 포스파이트, 설파이트 또는 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 효과량의 사슬-전이제가 함유되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
