Claims (10)

  1. 활성물질인 1~60중량%의, a) 알칼리, 암모늄 및/또는 아민염 형태의 C8~24알킬 및/또는 C8~24알케닐 알콜 술페이트 및/또는 C14~18알칸 술포네이트 및/또는 C10~14알킬벤젠 술포네이트 및 b) 20~50몰 에틸렌옥사이드 및/또는 알콕실화된 C8~24알킬 및/또는 C8~24알케닐 알콜 및/또는 알콕실화된 C8~12알킬페놀로 구성된 군으로부터의 계면활성제, 활성 물질인 1~25중량%의, 하기 일반식(I)
    (상기식에서, R은 C1~6알킬기, R1은 C6~18알킬기, M은 알칼리금속 또는 암모늄 양이온이며, n=2 또는 3이고 x는 2 내지 10의 숫자임.)에 상응하는 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 알킬폴리알킬렌글리콜에테르, 및 활성 물질인 1~30중량%의 C2~12알킬 알콜을 함유함 [단, 계면활성제 a)와 계면활성제 b)의 활성물질 중량비는 5 : 1 내지 1 : 5이며, 계면활성제 a) 및 b) 와 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 알킬폴리알킬렌글리콜 에테르의 활성물질 중량비는 1 : 1 내지 4 : 1 이며 계면활성제 a) 및 b) 및 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 알킬폴리알킬렌글리콜 에테르와 알킬 알콜의 활성물질 중량비는 1 : 1 내지 5 : 1이다]을 특징으로 하는, 음이온성 및 비이온성 계면 활성제를 함유하는 염색 보조제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 활성물질인 1 내지 40중량%의 계면활성제 a) 및 b), 활성물질인 1 내지 20중량%의 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 알킬폴리알킬렌글리콜 에테르 및 활성물질인 1 내지 30중량%의 C2~12알킬 알콜을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 염색 보조제.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 군 a) 알칼리 및/또는 암모늄염 형태인 C12~18알킬 및/또는 C12~18알케닐알콜술페이트 및 b) 30 내지 50몰 에틸렌 옥사이드로 에톡실화된 피마자오일 및/또는 3 내지 10몰, 바람직하게는 4 내지 8몰 에틸렌옥사이드로 에톡실화된 C12~18알킬 및/또는 C12~18알케닐 알콜 및/또는 1 내지 20몰 에틸렌 옥사이드로 에톡실화된 C8~12알킬페놀로 부터 선택된 계면 활성제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 염색 보조제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(I) [식중, R은 C2~5알킬기, R1은 C8~16알킬기, M은 알칼리금속 양이온, n=2 및 x는 2 내지 5의 숫자임]에 상응하는 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 알킬폴리알킬렌 글리콜 에테르를 함유하는 염색보조제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C6~10알킬 알콜을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 염색 보조제.
  6. 방식 섬유를 용액 1ℓ당 활성물질인 0.1~2.0g의, a) 알칼리, 암모늄 및/또는 아민염 형태의 C8~24알킬 및/또는 C8~24알케닐 알콜 술페이트 및/또는 C14~18알칸 술포네이트 및/또는 C10~14알킬벤젠 술포네이트 및 b) 20~50몰 에틸렌 옥사이드 및/또는 알콕실화된 C8~12알킬 및/또는 C8~24알케닐 알콜 및/또는 알콕실화된 C8~12알킬페놀로 구성된 군으로부터의 계면활성제, 활성 물질인 0.05~1.0g의, 하기 일반식(I)
    (상기식에서, R은 C1~6알킬기, R1은 C6~18알킬기, M은 알칼리금속 또는 암모늄 양이온이며, n=2 또는 3이고 x는 2 내지 10의 숫자임.)에 상응하는 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 알킬폴리알킬렌글리콜에테르, 및 활성 물질인 1~30중량%의 C2~12알킬 알콜을 함유 [단, 계면활성제 a)와 계면활성제 b)의 활성물질 중량비는 5 : 1 내지 1 : 5이며, 계면활성제 a) 및 b) 와 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 알킬폴리알킬렌글리콜 에테르의 활성물질 중량비는 1 : 1 내지 4 : 1이며 계면활성제 a) 및 b) 및 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 알킬폴리알킬렌글리콜 에테르와 알킬 알콜의 활성물질 중량비는 1 : 1 내지 5 : 1이다]하는 염료 수용액으로 20 내지 95℃의 온도에서 처리하여 염색종료후에 80 내지 100℃ 범위의 온도에서 공지 방식으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는, 음이온성 및/또는 비이온성 계면활성제 존재하의 방직섬유의 단일욕, 단일단계 염색에 대한 공정.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 사용되는 용액 1ℓ당 활성물질인 0.3 내지 1.2g의 군 a) 및 b)로부터 선택된 계면활성제, 활성 물질인 0.1 내지 0.6g의 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 에테르 및 활성물질인 0.2 내지 0.6g의 C2~12 알킬 알콜을 함유하는 염료 수용액을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  8. 제6항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방직섬유를 군 a) 알칼리 및/또는 암모늄염 형태인 C12~18알킬 및/또는 C12~18알케닐알콜술페이트 및 b) 30 내지 50몰 에틸렌 옥사이드로 에톡실화된 피마자오일 및/또는 3 내지 10몰, 바람직하게는 4 내지 8몰 에틸렌옥사이드로 에톡실화된 C12~18알킬 및/또는 C12~18알케닐 알콜 및/또는 1 내지 20몰 에틸렌 옥사이드로 에톡실화된 C8~12알킬페놀로 부터 선택된 계면 활성제를 함유하는 염료 수용액으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방직섬유를 일반식(I) [식중, R은 C2~5알킬기, R1은 C8~16알킬기, M은 알칼리금속 양이온, n=2 및 x는 2 내지 5의 숫자임]에 상응하는 술페이트화된 히드록시알킬 알킬폴리알킬렌 글리콜 에테르를 함유하는 염료 수용액으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제6항 내지 제9항에 있어서,방직섬유를 C6~10알킬 알콜을 함유하는 수용액을 처리함을 특징으로 하는 염색보조제.
