Claims (29)

  1. 하기 (a)와(b)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 농업적으로 허용가능한 살충제 조성물. (a) 효과적인 양의 농업적으로 허용가능한 비극성 살충제, (b) 상기된 살충제를 용해시키기에 충분한 양의 지방유.
  2. 하기 (a) 내지 (b)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 농업적으로 허용가능한 살충제 에멀죤 조성물. (a) 효과적인 양의 농업적으로 허용가능한 비극성 살충제, (b)비극성 살충제를 용해시키기에 충분한 양의 지방유, (c)에멀죤을 분산시키고 증점시키기에 충분한 양의 양쪽성 지질, (d) 물.
  3. 하기 (a) 내지 (d)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 농업적으로 허용가능한 살충제 에멀죤 조성물. (a) 효과적인 양의 농업적으로 허용가능한 극성 살충제, (b) 에멀죤능 형성하기에 충분한 양의 지방유, (c) 상기된 에멀죤을 분산시키고 중점시키기에 충분한 양의 양쪽성 지질, (d) 상기된 극성 살충제를 용해하기에 충분한 양의물.
  4. 하기 (a) 내지 (d)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 농업적으로 허용가능한 살충제 에멀죤 조성물. (a) 효과적인 양의 비극성 살충제와 극성 살충제, (b) 상기된 비극성 살충제를 용해하기에 충분한 양의 지방유, (c) 에멀죤을 분산시키고 중점시키기에 충분한 양의 양쪽성 지질, (d) 극성 살충제를 용해하기에 충분한 양의 물.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 그 조성물을 극성 혹은 비극성 살충제나 그들의 혼합물을 부가적으로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 양쪽성 지질은 막형성 능력을 가지면 친수성 “머리” 부분과 소수성 “꼬리” 부분을 가진 분자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 유화제화 혹은 계면활성제를 첨가한 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 박테리아의 성장을 막기 위해 살균제를 첨가한 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 소포제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 부동제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 살충제를 제초제임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 하기 (a) 내지 (e)의 O/W 에멀죤을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 식물에 직접 적용하기에 적합한 제초제 조성물. (a)에멀죤의 중량 기준으로 1-30％의 피리딘디카르복실릭 제초제, (b) 에멀죤의 중량 기준으로 10-45％의 지방유, (c) 에멀죤의 중량 기준으로 1-25％이 양쪽성 지질, (d) 에멀죤의 중량 기준으로 25-96％의 물, (e) 에멀죤의 중량 기준으로 0.5-20％의 유화제.
  13. 제1,2,3,4항 및 제12항에 있어서, 피리딘디카르복실산은 2,6-치환된-3,5-피리딘디카르복실산 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 화합물은 S,S-디메탈-2-(디플루오로메틸)-4-이소부틸-6-트리플루오토메틸-3,5-피리딘디카르보티오에이트임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 지방유는 2-20개의 탄소원자를 가진 지방산 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 지방유는 12-18개의 탄소원자를 가진 지방산 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 양쪽성 지질을 천연 포스포리피드임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  18. 제7항에 있어서, 유화제는 알콕실화된 글리세롤의 부분적 에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  19. 제7항에 있어서, 유화제는 에톡실화된 글리세롤 모노스테아레이트임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  20. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 지방유는 메틸 에스테르 형태의 장쇄 지방산임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  21. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 그 조성물을 회전식 분산으로 원하는 위치에 적용하는 방법.
  22. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 그 조성물을 회전식 분산에 의해 식물을 죽이거나 조절하기 위한 조성물 적용방법.
  23. 식물에 제1항 내지 제5항의 조성물을 회전식 분산으로 적용하여 식물을 죽이거나 조절하는 방법.
  24. 식물에 제12항의 조성물을 회전식 분산으로 적용하여 식물을 죽이거나 조절하는 방법.
  25. 제1항에 있어서, 살충제와 지방유의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물의 제조방법.
  26. 제2항에 있어서, 비극성 살충제, 지방유, 양쪽성 지질과 물의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물의 제조방법.
  27. 제3항에 있어서, 극성 살충제, 지방유, 양쪽성 지질과 물의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물의 제조방법.
  28. 제4항에 있어서, 극성 살충제, 비극성 살충제, 지방유, 양쪽성 지질, 물의 혼합물을 특징으로 하는 조성물의 제조방법.
  29. 제2,3,4항 및 제5항에 있어서, 유상을 먼저 제조한 후 수상과 혼합하여 혼합된 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
