페이퍼시이트의 일시접착결합용 접착제 조성물

Claims (9)

  1. 혼합로서, ‘a’고무 수성에 멀선 또는 라텍스 100중량부 ‘고형분으로서’,‘b’평균입경 10nm∼30㎛인 실리카 겔립자 30∼150중량부, 및 ‘c’성분(b)로서의 실리카겔입자보다 큰 입경을 지니는 전분 70∼250중량부로 이루어지며, 성분(B)와 (C)의 총량은 100∼400중량부인것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전분입자의 평균입경은 5∼25㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카겔입자의 평균입경은 1㎛∼20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 전분은 밀전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 고무는 스티렌과 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 그래프트중합으로 변성된 천연고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 스티렌과 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 그래프트중합으로 변성된 천연고무를 천연고무 부분에 대해 각각 2∼10중량%의 스티렌부분과 10∼40중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 실리카겔은 적어도 100㎖/100g의 오일흡수도를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  8. 혼합물로서, (a)고무의 수성에멀선 또는 라텍스 100중량부(고형분으로서), (b)평균입경 10nm∼30㎛인 실리카겔입자 3∼150중량부, 및 (c)성분(b)로서의 실리카겔입자보다 큰 입경을 지니는 전분 70-250 중량부로 이루어지며, 성분 (b)와(c)의 총량이 100∼400중량부인 접착제 조성물로 페이피시이트의 적어도 한면을 피복시킨 일시적 접착결합용 접착제 피복페이퍼시이트.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 접착제 조성물의 피복량은 건조환산으로 2∼12g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 일시적 접착결합용 접착제 피복페이퍼시이트.
