Claims (9)

  1. 이산화탄소를 액체중에 용해시키는 단계, 제1 압력하에 질소를 상기 액체를 포함한 액체중에 용해시키는 단계, 제1 압력보다 낮은 제2 압력하에 용해된 이산화탄소 및 용해된 질소를 함유하는 액체를 적어도 10분동안 유지시키는 단계(이때 상기 액체는 상기 제2 압력에서 질소로 과포화된 상태이다.), 용기를 과포화된 액체로 채우는 단계 및 용기의 가스가 새어 나가지 않게 밀폐시키는 단계(그 결과 밀폐시킨 후 용해된 가스는 각각의 용기내의 용액에서 빠져나와 정상적으로 취급하는 도중에 용기 벽의 변형에 저항하는 과압의 내부 압력을 용기 내에 발생시킨다)를 포함하는, (15℃ 및 1절대압에서 측정한 경우) 1부피당 2배 이하 부피의 이산화탄소를 함유하는 저탄산액체(lowly carbonated liquid)로 용기를 채우는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체가 1 부피당 1.3내지 1.8배 부피의 이산화 탄소를 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 과포화된 액체를 30분 내지 24시간의 기간동안 유지시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체를 제1 압력에서 질소로 포화시키는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1압력이 제2압력보다 적어도 15psi큰 압력인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1압력이 4내지 5 절대압의 범위내에 있는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2압력이 2내지 3.5절대압의 범위내에 있는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내비 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체가 맥주 또는 에일(ale)인 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 유연한 캔 또는 유연한 병인 방법.
