콜라겐의 분리방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 제3의 분리방법에 사용되는 필터의 확대 정면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제4의 분리방법에 사용되는 전기초음파 발생 장치의 개략도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 인체로부터 추출한 지방세편에 증류수를 가하여 그 증류수의 침투압에 의하여 지방세포를 파괴하고, 유성성분과 콜라겐으로 분리 시킨후, 비중이 무거운 콜라겐을 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐의 분리방법.
  2. 인체로부터 추출한 지방세편을 증류수와 혼합하고, 이를 -50℃이하로 급속냉동하여 지방세포를 파괴하고, 유성성분과 콜라겐으로 분리시킨후, 비중이 무거운 콜라겐을 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐의 분리방법.
  3. 인체로부터 추출한 지방세편을 약간의 증류수와 더불어 필터를 통과시킴으로써 지방세포 중에서 콜라겐을 분리, 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐의 분리방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 필터의 개구폭이 100~500μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐의 분리방법.
  5. 인체로 부터 추출한 지방세편을 초음파진동으로 지방세포를 파쇄하여 유성성분과 콜라겐으로 분리시킨후, 비중이 무거운 콜라겐을 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐의 분리방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 초음파진등이 전기에너지를 초음파진동으로 변환시키는 전기초음파 발생장치에 의하여 야기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐의 분리방법.
