Claims (2)
- 하기 일반식 Ⅰ 의 화합물 또는 약학적으로 허용될 수 있는 그의 염기 부가염여기에서, Y는 -CO-, -C(=NOH)-, -CHOH-, -CH2-, 혹은 -C(=CH2)- 이고; A는 결합 혹은 -O-이며; R1과 R2중 하나는 수소이고 다른 하나는 -CH2CH2COOH이고, p는 1 내지 16이며, Z는 -H혹은 -G-Q이고 여기서 G는 결합, -O-, -S(O)t-, -NH-, -CH=CH- 혹은 -C≡C- 이고 Q는 페닐 혹은 할로, C1-C3알킬, C1-C3알콕시, 아세틸, 니트로, 아미노, 트리플루오로메틸, 하이드록시 및 -S(O)t-(C1-C3알킬) (여기서 t는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 2이다)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 두 치환체로 치환된 페닐이다.
- 튜코트라이인의 과다 방출을 특징으로 하는 어떤 질병에 걸렸거나 걸리기 쉬운 동물을 치료하는데 사용하기 위한 제1항에 청구한 일반식 Ⅰ 의 화합물 또는 약학적으로 허용될 수 있는 그의 염기 부가염.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
