Claims (4)
- 어레이의 단자단의 바람직한 형상에 대칭되는 형상을 가지는 제일표면을 형성하고; 상기 표면에 정렬된 상기 어레이를 고정하고; 상기 어레이와 상기 인용 표면사이에서 연마중간체를 배열하고; 상기 연마중간체와 함께 상기 어레이를 연마하고 제1표면에 대하여 상기 어레이를 제조하고; 상기 어레이의 단자단이 상기 제1표면에대칭하여 표면형상을 추정할때까지 연마를 지속시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 어레이 연마방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연마중간체는 상기 제1표면과 상기 제1어레이 사이에 배치되는 연마지이며, 상기 연마지는 상기 제1표면에 대한 형상과같도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 어레이 연마방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1표면에 대하여 대칭되게 형상을 가지는 제2표면을 형성하여 대칭인 형상의 제2어레이를 형성하고, 상기 제2표면에 대하여 제2어레이를 연마하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 어레이 연마방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2표면은 상기 제1표면에 대하여 상기 제2표면을 형성화 함으로써 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 어레이 연마방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
